Date of Stay:
August, 2007
The Marriott Chicago Southwest at Burr Ridge was very comfortable the room was much larger than most, with a desk area, a sofa bed and two televisions, one in the bedroom and one in the room with the sofa. The bathroom was special, there was no tub, it was just one of the very modern up-to date bathrooms. The view from my bedroom was beautiful there was a lake and I could see the ducks just swimming by at nights. The location was excellent, just a few minutes from the highway.

The hotel was very clean and staff friendly and helpful. The beds double beds werevery uncomfortable. The location and surrounding area of the hotel were very nice. The hotel itself was amazingly clean and decorated very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The beds were very uncomfortable though, at least compared to mine at home, and the many other hotel beds I've slept in.

Location, cleanliness, size of room. Room was right behind the elevators, we heard them whenever they went up or down all night. Other than the elevator noise, we enjoyed our stay at the Marriott. It is a very clean, friendly hotel.

Comfortable bed. The coffee carafe has a serious probelm with leeking, at least 1/2 cup had to be mopped up.
Date of Stay:

Clean, attractive, comfortable, spacious rooms, beautiful surroundings. Fitness room unlocked, no television, poor quality radio, isolated. This is a very lovely hotel in all aspects: modern architecture, beautiful furnishings, lush green landscaping, courteous and friendly staff, high quality service, quiet. The rooms are clean, spacious and very attractive. The surroundings are lovely and safe. Easy access to highways. I would return for a future visit and highly recommend this hotel to others.
