Comfort of the bed. Restricted pool/jacuzzi use-must be 2 people, 3 hairs in tub, bar food bad. Found 3 hairs in the tub, no cap, shower dirty, very low water pressure, floor and windows very dirty, internet very slow, no supply of pastries or fruit in coffee shop, assistant unprofessional and unfriendly there, bar food made me ill for two days and was unappealing to boot, desk and valet staff courteous. Bed very comfortable. I expected much more than I got based on the name alone and as a single guest, made this selection carefully.

Friendly and helpful staff. Overpriced parking. The hotel was very comfortable with clean well appointed rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Fitness center, pool were well kept and contained good equipment. Parking was overpriced. Nice bar and restaurant. Internet charge in room which is out of place, especially in Silicon Valley.

Noise. I have stayed previously at the Fairmont across the street which is significantly quieter. I could hear many airplanes and trolley cars on the street, as well as noise from other hotel guests.

One of the front desk staff found chocolate for us. The $25 valet parking there was no self parking available. This hotel was everything that I expected it should be. Beautiful, clean, very friendly staff and best of all it connected to the convention center where our conference was.

Staff were very courteous and helpful. Excellent for business travelers because of it's central location, yet there were plenty of things to do for accompanying spouses. The hotel is very nice and clean.
