Excellent business class hotel, conveniently located at major highways. Charging $12.95 for internet access.

Location. Terrible rooms, badly informed staff. No flush toilet, no wastebasket, and bed wasn't made properly. TV was of poor quality. Everything else good.

They had a hot tub. The hotel had nothing special.

Triple sheeting, not depressing, and clean. Very comfortable and clean. Nice view of the courtyard. Set back from the highway, a bit and amid a lot of trees. Triple sheeting and a clean feeling contribute to the overall good feeling of the room.

Secluded and quiet hotel in nice surroundings. This is a very nice hotel out in a relatively undeveloped area. It is clean and cannot be faulted for the facilities. Beds were extra nice. Well kept up and clean and friendly and an excellent spot for a wonderful rest.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and updated which is of the utmost importance. Rocky Hill is not the most exciting plac,e but the hotel is usually full.

The staff member who checked us in went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service. We stayed at this hotel one night during a long driving trip. It was a great location. Right off the highway, but in a very safe and residential type area. The local town was close by and had excellent restaurants to choose from. The accommodations were very nice, and the staff was extremely helpful. I would certainly stay here again.

Convenient to highway. Restaurant was very disappointing. The restaurant was extremely disappointing. Service was poor and food was even worse. I will probably stay at this hotel again.

Beds are too soft and pillows are too hard; no one slept.

Clean and comfortable; great fitness room. Hotel was clean and room was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and very willing to accommodate. Great fitness room with new equipment. Stayed here because it was roughly half way between Boston and Manhattan. Would definitely stay here again.

Decent food and nice rooms. This Marriott is quite satisfactory in all, especially if your destination is only a short drive from it. Lots of decent restaurants up the road in Glastonbury, also some in Rocky Hill. The rooms are nice, as are most public areas (restaurant, while serving good food, reminds me of a hospital cafeteria, aesthetically.) People at the front desk are civil but generally not very friendly.

Cleanliness. Room size. I was given a very small room which made me feel claustrophobic, and it was at the farthest end of the building with lots of walking. They told me all rooms were the same and could not change it. I have stayed there before and know the rooms are bigger. The hotel had many open rooms because I heard a staff member say their census was low and they did not have many reservations.

Very friendly staff. More so than any other hotel. Would like to be able to get more inexpensive items on lunch and dinner menu. Also, would like to have a map of the area and places of interest. Excellent place to stay. Top quality. Friendly staff. Very accomodating.

Warm, welcoming atmosphere; clean. My husband and I were traveling to a memorial service and found this hotel to be a great place to relax after our long drive and a good atmosphere for our grandson and other family members.

The pillows were heaven on earth! From the minute we pulled into the parking lot I knew I made the right choice. Clean outside and sparkling inside. The front desk was cheerful and helpful and interested in what brought us to the hotel. The room was welcoming and the bed just screamed you'll sleep well tonight! We stopped at the bar for a quick drink before meeting our son and the bartender was friendly and engaging. We enjoyed speaking with him. The overall experience was exceptional and we are planning on staying there again in May.
