The friendly and helpful staff that went out of their way to make you feel welcome and not out of place. It was a very neat and clean hotel and the people was real friendly and we all had a wonderful time and we would recommend this hotel to other people.

Our stay at the Marriott was great and we hated to leave. The staff is wonderful and prompt at their guest needs. Their accomodations were great. The room had a good relaxing atmosphere.

Bathroom and sheets were clean and comfortable. Sufficient information was provided in in-room materials. We stayed on the second floor near the lobby. It was very loud and we were woken several times by the event being held downstairs. Overall, great experience and great value. The staff at the bistro was very friendly and accommodating. Room had sufficient towels, supplies, and information about services and amenities. However, our room over the lobby was very loud with the noise and commotion from the event downstairs. Otherwise, very satisfied.

Hotel was clean, fresher, well situated, and nicer than I'd encountered in numerous previous visits to Richmond. I frequently stay at the Marriott Courtyard just down the road from this hotel, and there is no comparison to the two properties. I have traveled into Richmond for business for the past 5 years, and this hotel just feels fresher than the hotels I've stayed at previously (Courtyard, Homewood Suites, Candlewood, etc.)

Safe, clean, luxurious and at a great price. Smelled cigarette smoke from room next to mine (non-smoking hotel). Clean, safe, comfy and upscale hotel at a great price.

The bed was so comfortable! The restaurant in the hotel was ok but staff was very slow! Over all we had a great stay. Was there for a NASCAR race. Every staff person was friendly. The rooms were great. GREAT HOTEL.

The pool was nice, and the beds were good. The bed were only doubles so kind of small for 2. It was nice but the people in the front desk were hard to understand.

The hotel staff was excellent! They were very friendly and attentive to all needs and requests. Loved everything! Excellent hotel staff! They were friendly and attentive to all our needs and requests. The room was very clean and comfortable, as well as the entire hotel. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of foods, enough to please a family with three "picky" eaters. My family and I definitely plan to stay at this hotel on our next visit to Richmond.

It is what I expected. Clean, comfortable and located in a decent location. The room was either freezing or not cool at all. Difficult to get it a comfortable level. Overall it was a good hotel and I would stay there again in the future. It met my expectations. I give it thumbs up.

The hotel stay was excellent. No matter what we asked, they were knowledgeable enough to assist us. The only complaint I have is that the washcloths were too harsh. I recommend softening them a bit. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends the Marriott in Richmond West at Glen Allen. The hotel exceeded my expectations and the entire stay was wonderful. The staff made me and my family feels as though we were their only customer so their attentiveness was outstanding. The facilities were beautiful and well-kept. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!
