The hotel staff was very friendly & accomodating; and the overall experience was pleasant. The rooms were a nice, comfortable size. The cleaniness ranked high as well. The hotel amenities were great for both business/pleasure travels. It's relatively close to the airport; and shuttles are provided to/from the airport. There's shopping/dining a few exits down. Again, it was an overall pleasurable experience. It definitely lived up to it's name as part of the Marriott family.

Extremely clean, quiet, and good ambiance. Nothing. Very nice hotel, right off a major highway, nice location, and landscaping. Great hotel to stay at.

Cleanliness and quietness. Paying for internet. No wireless in the room.

Everything. Have to pay to use internet. Loved this hotel. Very modern lobby/bar area. Coffee bar too. Really nice room, plenty of space for 2 people. Pool looked nice, could swim for exercise, unfortunately I didn't have time. Close to airport, free shuttle, which was very handy as was able to return rental car evening before and save time next morning. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to all, a very nice outdoor mall with a lot of good restaurants nearby.

Well-appointed rooms with great amenities and very accommodating staff. Couldn't stay as long as I intended. Which was not the hotel's fault. This hotel is perfect for business travel, but also convenient for leisure travelers such as myself. The rooms are large and well-appointed, and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel food is excellent and reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and I was also pleased with the pool, whirlpool, and size of the workout room.

Convenient to airport, quiet & elegant The Marriott was a great spot to stay before an early morning flight. We left refreshed and relaxed versus stressed from the highway.Great, comfortable, quiet rooms.

Great location, helpful staff. Poorly maintained and noisy room. Very disappointed with my room. The heater broke in the middle of my first night. Music wafted up through the outside wall literally 24 hours a day (I never did determine its origin), forcing me to schlep out for earplugs in the middle of the night. No wireless internet access in the rooms, and no internet cables available, again forcing me to make a trip to find an internet cable.

Staff was great. Expensive wireless internet, broken bathroom faucet, only one workstation computer, none of the printers worked. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, restaurant staff included. But for a business traveler, the services were abysmal. Wireless cost upwards of $10 per 24 hours, and the workstation had only one working computer and no working printers. I had to have the front desk print out my documents, and while they were accommodating, this was not ideal. Considering the extra cost over an economy hotel, I was quite surprised.

Very friendly and courteous. The bed needs to be replaced. The staff was great, the room was great. I took the kids to the pool and we were out of the room most of the evening. When we settled in for the night, I found out that the bed (king) should have been replaced. If it wasn't 11:00, and we weren't settled in I would have asked for a different room. Other than the bed in this room, the hotel was really good. I will go back (but test the bed before I do anything else). I filled out a card and spoke with management about the bed the next day. They seemed concerned.

Quiet, convenient, safe, friendly and helpful staff. It was not clear that the wine and desserts were billed to room. Terrific deal. I travel a lot and am a platinum member with Marriott.

The staff was great, and the food, and bar was too. I cant think of anything. Staff was great and friendly, price was right. No complaints.

Friendly staff; great location for RTP, great room service. Nothing! There aren't a lot of overly nice places in RTP to stay at. The Marriott is excellent in all regards--nice staff, clean and updated rooms, great room service. It's close to IBM and many other companies in Research Triangle Park and just a quick drive from the great South point Mall where you can shop and eat great food. Whatever you do, don't stay at the Wyndham Suites--it's awful!
