Every staff member went out of their way to make you feel at home and help with anything we needed. Great hotel! :)

Great staff great location for cruise passengers. Everything was very good. We walked to leave for a cruise with our luggage and it was around a 10min walk- very do able for most active people-A great location for all activities- a grocery store across the street- close to stanley park and a great bargain.

I frequent this hotel for business and it is always fabulous. The staff is pleasant and very helpful. And contrary to a review by "Diane", there are queen and king beds as I have had many fun times in them and the room service prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food you get.

My experience was fine. Nothing noteworthy, good or bad.

Comfy beds. Expensive onsite parking. Comfy beds, great location close to Stanley Park and harbor.

"With so many economical hotels featuring free Internet Access, I don't know why big-chain big-bucks hotels like Mariots still charge its customers for access to the Internet. It is rediculous considering the price itself is much more expensive than small hotels. The staffs here generally are very friendly and responsive, except some female front-desk personnels."

I have attended several conferences and exhibitions since 2004, at the Pan Pacific Center and now to the, out of this world, new Vancouver Convention Center. For Hydrogen, Fuel Cells and Renewable Energy for the climatic change and the environmental sustainability. One of the best hotels in the vicinity and for prices and service and services, much better. Every visit to Vancouver and in this hotel is a remarkable visit, after a series of nine trips for the same purposes. What a view from the 27th floor from the mountains, North Vancouver Stanley Park and the harbour, in summer, as well as in winter.

Very friendly staff, very helpful. Probably doesn't warrant a 4star designation.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and it will be my hotel of choice when visiting downtown Vancouver in future. The staff are extremely friendly and accomodating, the rooms are clean and luxurious, gorgeous views of the water available. Location is close to Gastown, Granville Island and Robson shopping. The food is expensive, but quality is good. The best feature of this hotel though is the friendly staff who are more than helpful. The hot chocolate bar in the lobby on snowy days was a nice touch.

Walking is expected. Be in good shape.

Beautiful view of the bay, friendly staff. Extra charges for internet. Should be free these days.

"It would have been helpful if there had been a hotel shuttle, as it is a major business hotel. Food Prices were outrageous, no small coffee shop only a restaurant. Beds were doubles, Queen was not even offered. Handicapped room had only one bed."

Consistent with Mariott service offer and great location to new, beatyfull Convention Center. When next time in Vancouver will very likely return to the same hotel.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, spotless. The concierge extremely helpful in getting us set up for tours and giving us tips on restaurants and attractions. The restaurant, while not expecially elegant, had great food and friendly knowedgable staff. The location was great - short walk to the convention center and waterfront, comfortable walking distance to most attractions downtown. We loved it!

This is the perfect location if you have business in downtown Vancouver. Few minutes walk from the Convention Center and very close to the entertainment district too. Nice, quiet hotel, extremely helpful and pleasant staff! And the price is right too.

Great location, comfortablet bed and high quality linens. The breakfast was priced too high for the quality and amount served. Also, parking was more expensive than other parking garages nearby. Yes, we like the hotel and the location. We do not care much about food and the price of the parking.

This hotel is super luxurious! With what we paid for at the Marriott, it's all worth it. The menu at the restaurant below (Showcase) is insanely expensive. There are close cheap places to eat nearby.

The view of the harbor from my room. The beds were a little small as was the room. Awesome place to stay. The roomswere a little small, but quality in all aspectswas impressive.
