Warm, friendly, and efficient staff. Construction noise and dust in lobby (scheduled to be completed in late June 2009). Located near several office parks and upscale shopping - this hotel is a great choice for both leisure and for business travelers. You'll appreciate warm, friendly, and efficient staff combined with inviting and upscale amenities, guest rooms, and public spaces. This hotel is a great representation of the Marriott family of hotels.

The hotel lobby is still under construction. A small restaurant is open, but the main dinning facilities and bar are still not open. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are quiet and very comfortable.

Not much of anything. Still under construction. Again, you should tell people that this place is all torn apart as part of the bidding process. I had to move brick paver that were left in the sidewalk out of the way so nobody would trip on them. Half of the lobby is done, that's a plus. Maintenance is poor, the shower head sprayed all over the ceiling,(I tightened it the best I could) the letters are worn off the TV remote. I stayed at this hotel before the remodel and had to be moved out of my room because of visible mold. The room I just stayed in smelled of mold also.

parking is inconvenient. its also under construction - that sucked. and the single column of elevators was very slow. for what should have been a business style hotel - there were so many little leaguers running around until all hours of the night...

Convenient location. Lack of convenient handicapped parking. Room was very comfortable, beds great, bathroom did not get cleaned well 2nd day and did not get pack wash cloths. It will be really nice when the construction is done. I liked the in-room complimentary safe and fridge.

The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The lobby and dinning facilities are still under construction. We did not use their temporary facilities.

Friendliness of staff and room comfort room service was a little pricey, but always is I suppose We were greeted immediately with a very friendly staff member who appeared concerned with our convenience and overall experience. The hotel lobby was beautiful as was our room. Beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. We were extremely please with the hotel experience we had here. We were a little confused by the room service menu as there appeared to be two menus with different prices on them. Ultimately, we ended up paying almost $18 for a bagel, a small bowl of fruit, and a bowl of oatmeal. That did include the service charge, but still, I considered that a little pricey, even for room service.

We did not know the hotel was undergoing construction. I wish we did know. My husband and I spent 3 nites (4 days there) for our sons college graduation at KU. In this economy we haven't gotten away for a while. We were looking forward to having everything (fitness center, pool, whirlpool, etc.) at the hotel which was disappointing.The hotel did give us complimentary passes to another place. My husband used it once.The room was small for a king size bed room. The bed was great, high quality sheets & sleep.The TV nice/new,no guide so it was hit or miss. Movie rental extremely high at $13.99 to rent a comedy movie! We could go to a movie theatre for close to that! Room service food was very good, as were the room service personnel. As 2 coffee drinkers, we could there was coffee in the room, but none in lobby. If you wanted more than the one cup coffee in your room, you had to pay for it at the Starbucks in the hotel which isn't cheap, and my husband does not like starbucks coffee (not everyone does). In all my years of business travel, I've never been to a hotel where there wasn't free coffee. It was so disapointing that our hotel had construction going on. We did not hear it, but all the amenities we were looking forward to using were closed due to the construction. We would have made a different choice if we had known that but Orbitz did not let us know.

The staff was very friendly and helpful especially sincee I am somewhat handicapped. The front desk clerk-[...] evn retrieved my car from the parking lot for me. Nice people.

The new remodeled rooms are very nice. Bathrooms are pretty small. The hotel is still undergoing renovations but didn't run into any problems related to them. The hotel will be nice when completed.

I really liked everything except for the very small bathroom. You have to climb over the stool to get out of the shower. Other than that the room and hotel were very nice.

Location. No complimentary breakfast or internet. Hotel restaurant is being remodeled, noisy & dusty. Once completed, should be a nice upscale hotel for business travelers. Price for internet access is high.

The view from the room was lovely. The beds looked and were delicious! The dining room was small and not very bright as far as light. Did not fit the high standard of motel. The hotel is being updated presently and the rooms look classy and pleasant. The views from the room are stunning. Very nice hotel.

Very good location for business travel via automobile. Internet access in the room was an additional charge. Very happy overall - the hotel was undergoing renovation during our stay, so some areas were not accessible. What was accessible was very nice. Main spaces were all clean and the updated decor was excellent. Room was clean and very comfortable.
