when i arrived at the hotel, i was informed that only one out of 3 elevators were working so it was easier to walk halfway around the hotel property (and also thru the dining room) to reach the service elvators. not pleasant at all. on sunday, they were able to get another one of the elvators moving. so i could take it down when i checked out. i was told that the elevator problem had existed for most of the prior week.

Plush bedding, very clean, friendly people. I slept great on the plush bedding. Wonderful shower. Although we were there just overnight, it met my needs perfectly.

the bartender would not serve me because she said i did not tip her. she never had seved before and i always tip bartenders. i have coming to marriott for a long time but that will change.

I wasn't going to rate this hotel, thinking that our experience had to be a one time thing, but seeing another review of the dirty rooms, I see it wasn't...... Our room was really filthy! Strange stains on everything from the lamp shades to the chairs, to the walls and the carpet. I can't imagine what could have been on the bed spread..... We decided not to stay, even in another room.... They need to take a hard look at their cleaning staff and the state of their rooms.

This is an excellent hotel. Check in was fast, and the staff was very courteous. The room was very clean, nicely decorated and the bed was awesome. Feather down comforter and plenty of pillows. We were on the top floor and the view was beautiful. We had a very restful stay, the room was nice and quiet. I would definitly stay here again.

I wish that i was packed my clorox wipes, the room was nice but desperately in need of a good cleaning. There was nasty funk splashed onto the headboard, and encasted in dust. I had to ask the cleaning lady return and even then the room did not meet my standards.

The hotel had coffee and tea in the lobby along with complementary copies of the Wall St. Journal and USA Today. The fitness center was excellent. The hotel is quiet, well appointed and clean. Service is quick and friendly. Although I didn't have time to use the indoor/outdoor pool, I could tell the kids in it were having a ball. The excellent fitness center, while small, had three TVs, 3 high quality treadmills, elliptical machines, universal weight machines, a bench and a water cooler. Bring your own towel.

This hotel is not located in Bricktown if that is the adventure you are seeking, but it is conveniently located off of 44 and right in the middle of OKC's attractions (i.e. Paseo, Museums and Race Track and Bricktown). Overall, it was a nice hotel wouldn't plan on eating at the hotel or swimming in the pool.

Clean rooms. Pay for internet access. This was a pretty nice hotel, it had clean room, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, large bathtub/shower. The only thing I didn't like was that you had to pay $10 for Internet access on the TV &/or their paid per view movies were around $14.

Nice room and staff. The only place to get food or drink was at the club that restricted entrants, was too busy with poor service.
