The hotel was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient to La Cantera but a little far from downtown. Lot's of dining options. I would definately stay there again.

Room was very clean. Room service was prompt whenever we needed anything. Beds were extremely comfortable.Only complaint, was few guests had glass beer bottles at pool, when sign stated not permitted. Put a damper on the kid atmosphere.

The hotel was very clean and had beautiful decorations. The room was spacious and we had everything we needed. The only thing I can be critical of is the air conditioning unit in the room was extremely noisy and rattled all night. We were in town for a charity function and did not notice until very late in the evening. We were too tired to have anything done to it, or move, so we just suffered through the noise. I have no doubt that the staff would have done anything to either repair or move us; we were just too tired to mess with it.

I loved the hotel. the firstthing you notice is that the hotel is beautiful and the serves was great. We had little kids and the kids were just amazed with the hot tube. I would like to thank the staff for such a clean well keep hotel.
