The beds are super comfy!! Service was awesome and the location was great!! We loved it!! Price was also very reasonable, I would have probably paid more that type of service!

Clean andnewly remodeled. Not convenient to shops or restaurants. This hotel met our needs perfectly! Bed was comfortable, room was clean, bathroom was large, staff was friendly and helpful.

i stayed at this hotel on dec of 08, and this location had the best customer service ever. the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the pillows omg were like a newborn baby pillow. the bathroom was clean. i request to have a microwave in my room and with a blink of an eye the microwave was sent to my room. it was to cold to go to the pool but the pool was very nice. i plan to stay here again the next time i visit atlanta.

The Marriott proved to be a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They never let us feel uncomfortable. Whether we were requesting services, needing assistance in the business center or help with directions - they provided assistance with a smile. The food at this hotel was DELICIOUS and very affordable. The breakfast buffet was very inviting in that it offered everything we could desire and everything tasted as though it was prepared just for us. the cleanliness of the rooms was much apprecaited since you hear so many horror stories - it was very comforting to see well kept rooms and extremely comfortable beds....lol Overall, our stay at the Marriott was very nice and we would have no reservations about staying at this Marriott or another. Job done very well and thank you for making our out-of-town experience enjoyable.

The hotel was very beautiful and was in a central location that made it easy to get just about everywhere in a short amount of time. The rooms were clean but the beds were not confortable which was a suprise. On our last night we had a little trouble with a loud group of people outside by the pool. We had to call the front desk 3 times because no one went to talk to the people after we were told they would take care of it.

Upon arriving at the Marriot I was clearly disappointed when I was told the water in the hotel would be off for the entire day. I arrived at about noon, and the water was off until 6pm. My 4yr son & myself went up to the room to wait. They said they could not locate any other hotels in the area to move me to. Also, once the water was turned back on I asked for my room to be cleaned & after returning from dinner they had not done it. Overall, if I didn't have a water issue, the hotel would have been ok."

Relocated to area and stayed at the hotel which just completed a full renovation of sleeping rooms and all facilities. Restaurant has great food and all staff that I came in contact with was amazing set the example of hospitality. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area. Great for business and vacationing travelers.

Breakfast buffet was though expensive. Parking reserved for groups, parked on back lot, far from room, insecure feeling. Staff was friendly , courteous. fire alarm on 4th floor flashed on/off for a day and was annoying but I supposed must be tested.

This hotel was wonderful. The service was great! The soaps and such were great and really made it a wonderful experience! The Bed WOW! I wish they would let me take it home... slept like I was at home and our room was right next to the elavator shaft... there was absolutely no noise from it at all! Would recommend to anyone!

The elevator was too far away to carry luggage, with no carts or bellhops in sight. Nice upscale hotel on the North side of Atlanta.

I was at a business meeting with a large group and while at lunch items were stole from various attendees in the meeting room. We received no help from staff or the hotel they wouldn't even contact the police. Marriott took no respnsibility. Any organization waning to hold meetings here should choose a more secure hotel

Nice place good location. Not fancy, just clean and comfortable. Everything I needed. Only issue, the soap dish in the shower holds water, makes soap mushy.

The mattresses were extremely comfortable; the best we have experienced atany hotel. The restaurant (for breakfast) was having lack-of-staff issues. We had an exceptionally good stay at the Marriott NW Atlanta, even though the restaurant (for breakfast) was having lack-of-staff issues. The mattresses were the best that we have slept on in any hotel. When it was apparent that the restaurant was understaffed, within a few minutes, there must have been 6-7 suits that came in and immediately began clearing tables, setting tables, sitting guests, and evaluating the buffet.
