We were in Mobile to visit family and do some site seeing. We were close to family, close to downtown and close to the interstate so getting around was very easy. The bell desk staff were very helpful and friendly. One down side was that one night during our stay (we were there for four nights) the room had not been serviced. The bell staff did the best they could to get us clean towels, etc. But the room should have been cleaned, especially since the housekeeper saw us leave the room.

Perfect swimming pool. Key card trouble at door once. This hotel made for an enjoyable travel experience. The pool was among the best, if not the best, hotel pools I've used. The water temp was perfect!

We were in Mobile for a wedding and spent three nights at the Marriott. It was located close to everything we had to do and right next to a great mall and lots of restaurants. The room was spotless and the bed was heavenly. The fitness center was the best too. There was no indoor pool, which would have been nice. There also was no free WiFi, which even less expensive hotels have now days. Every phone call made was $1.00 too.

Very nice place. The fire alarm went off about 9:30 and didn't go off for 45 min. All was great,but the fire alarm went off about 9.30 and was on for 45 minutes, only twice during that time did they announce it was a false alarm, then it went off again during the middle of the night and again the next morning make for interupted sleep.

Our stay at this hotel was nice. We were not there long but were pleased with what we saw. The only thing I have a problem with was the price. I believe it was a little steep.

Was a very good place to stay. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff made every effort to be helpful. The waiter was superb, knowledgeable and the food was excellent.

No fridge in room, but they brought one when I asked. Lobby floors were slick and a fall risk during my rainy stay. Front desk staff had a happy, pleasant, can do attitude regarding all requests and needs. Meeting room for business was comfortable in temperature for all day lectures.

The bed was super comfortable. I had a handicapped suite, we ended up wetting up the floor with the wheel chair accessible shower.

Across the hall from our room they had very loud people in the middle of the night. I couldn't sleep to good.

Convenient location to out meeting. We were in a room beside the elevator, very noisy. Rooms were ok, showing wear and age. Very small bathroom. Exhaust fan did not work. I would not stay there again.

Attractive. The carpeting needed cleaning. If you walked on it you left black footprints on the light tile bathroom floor. It was average for its star level.

Staff was uniformly pleasant. Air conditioning cut off at night and I could not adjust it, nor could I reach anyone in Guest Services. Nice hotel, close to shopping, very friendly staff, but both nights the air conditioning automatically shut off each night and I could not get the room cool again. On Saturday morning my alarm rang at 6:15 a.m., obviously from the prior guest. Bathrobe on the concierge floor was a nice touch, but towels were scratchy. The manager was very responsive to my comment card.

Very Clean Service was not good/room was to small for money We were looking for a romantic weekend. They put us in a room with 2 double beds. We called and they told us they would send someone right up. When the bell hop came up he asked us if we "did anything" in the room. That was a little embarrassing to me. You could see that we did not even sit on the bed. He walked to what would be our room and the key did not work he left us in the hot hall rather than allowing us to sit in our original room. The room was very small and just did not seem to be worth the price we paid. We have had much more success purchasing a room blind for a cheaper price on hot wire.

The facility was clean, the decor comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with not having hot water on the day we arrived but it was corrected by the next morning.

Very attentive and friendly staff. Parking is not good. I would recommend adding valet service because of bad parking situation. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Room service breakfast was delightful, and I enjoyed lunch in the lobby restaurant. I consider this hotel a good value.

Beautiful and clean, spacious rooms, lots of little touches The pool area is small, no hot tub Very nice! Excellent service, food and amenities. I would visit again and reccommend this hotel to friends or family.
