There was a Friends gathering that I attended. I ordered room service about 10:30 p.m. and after it became about 12:00 midnight I called to find out what happen and was told that the burger was sent to the incorrect room. Even though management prepare a snack, it left me disappointed and hungry.

It was a great stay, the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel is very nice and clean. The restaurant was nice, the breakfast buffett was great...very secure feeling, in my opinion a very nice atmosphere, great hotel for the money.We will stay there for sure next year for Elvis week.

Location. The pool was dirty and I refused to use it but would have if it were clean. It did not meet up to my expectations. It was clean but it wasn't the best.

This hotel had some renovations. The rooms are nice, the beds were great, food was great specially the all you can eat breakfast buffett. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Close to everything a few miles from airport, less than 20 minutes from Downtown Memphis, close to Graceland.

Cleanliness, decor, bed & pillows. Loud guests, and thin walls. The bed was super comfortable. I slept so well.

It was pleasantly decorated and clean. It was in a quiet setting. I got very sick on the food that I ate in the restaurant. I was sick for 4 days after eating. I enjoy staying at Marriott and will stay in them in the future. I am not sure about eating in the restaurants. It was not pleasant.

Comfort of the beds. Loud, noisy. Our room was by the noisy elevators. Dogs everywhere, barking all hours. The hotel would have been very nice, if it wasn't for all the dogs!

The bed was great which is hard to find in hotels. The staff was all very helpful and nice. The bed was great! The hotel was very clean. I stayed overnight and was able to leave my vehicle at the hotel during my travel and picked it up when I returned. The overall experience was very good.

Bed was very comfortable. No mini fridge. Hotel was nice. At the time of my stay there was a large family reunion going on and the attendees were rude. I didn't like that the conference room was across the lobby from the kitchen. There was too much traffic back and forth with kitchen staff. Hotel was good just disappointed in the occupants.

We loved the people who were very friendly and made us feel welcome and special. The concierge was very helpful and friendly. There is nothing that I can say. This hotel was very nice, clean, and beautiful and the staff was great!! I would stay at this hotel again and rate them excellent.
