Located in a convenient neighborhood, the rooms were clean, the lobby attractive, and the front desk service was truly outstanding. Would definitely stay there again when in the Madison Area.

This Marriott is not up to Marriott standards. It is the tackiest Marriott I have ever seen. The center is totally open and goes upward for many floors adorned with artificial hanging plants. They are tucked into every nook and cranny of the hotel including by the elevators. There are only two elevators and the wait going up or down can be long. There is not a small shop to buy even a cup of coffee. An employee told me, We used to have a Starbuck's. It's good I was very busy with family matters so I did not have to spend alot of time there. The pool and spa areas were very well maintained and the staff was very friendly.

Appearance and convenience were excellent. The hot tub was not working. We had a very pleasant stay with friendly staff.

A nice location if you choose not to be in the thick of it all in downtown Madison. There were many nice restaurants to choose from- upscale to drive-thru. The only negative was the bathroom seemed to be a little run down. Very comfortable bed. We will stay at this hotel again.

it was first class for an attractive price I was very disappointed with the 9.95 charge for internet service. It was like charging for Cable TV.

My husband left his battery charger in the room when we left and we called to ask about it and they had it and sent it to our home . That was terrific.

Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast buffet. Nice rooms. Wireless internet was $10/day. The were all very pleasant and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We were there for 5 nights on business travel and it felt like home. The bed and linens were comfortable. The soaps, shampoos and lotions were high-end and smelled great. The cold breakfast buffet was under $10 and included beautiful berries, smoked salmon, fresh squeezed juices and superb coffee. I would and will be staying again.

The staff went above and beyond for guests. This hotel went above and beyond my expectations. The staff was very friendly and even included a personal message in our room. The room itself was great with a lot of space and (best of all) it wasclean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming into the greater Madison area.

Great experience! laundry facilities for a large hotel was helpful and free. The hotel and location were beautiful and plenty of places to eat nearby. Not in the middle of no where like we thought. The free laundry or washer and dryer downstairs were a big help as we needed to wash clothes in the middle of our trip. We stayed at several other big names that didn't have this and this feature alone solved our problem.
