The room was absolutely gorgeous and the staff was very anxious to help us in every way.

Nice Hotel, helpful staff. Parking pricy, but I guess all downtown hotels are this way.

I love everything about it..It was great..The bed was worth every penny alone..The people were nice..I stay there next time i'm in town..

Very nice accommodations. Very expensive and somewhat confusing parking. The parking was priced for NYC. Beautiful place. Very well kept. Great staff. Comfortable bed. The parking situation was a little confusing if you chose not to use the valet. Valet or no, the parking prices ($21 without valet, $25 with valet) seemed more in line with a city like New York. Not what I expected in Louisville, KY.

Did not stay at the hotel but had dinner at BLU. Outstanding food! Waitress was new but did great. I tell everyone to go to this one! Definately going back and this time staying at the hotel just because of the resturant!

I liked the cleanliness and location. The parking was too expensive. Great hotel, although the parking options are expensive.

The location was ideal. The breakfast was not included and started out too late in the morning.

Comfy beds and helpful staff. Expensive parking but there were plenty of spots on the street right around the corner.

New, clean and very accessible. A very nice Marriott.

The room was so nice. The king size bed was soft and clean. We had to pay $21/day for parking. This is ridiculous. The bedroom was so nice. We had a standard room with a king size bed. The bathroom was clean and the showers felt great.

Front desk personnel. Hotel self-parking fees too expensive for city.

The valet coordinator was WONDERFUL! Parking was expensive and really added to the overall cost of the hotel.

Great andfriendly staff. Everything was great. Great place to stay, centrally located, friendly staff and wonderful decor.

The staff was inefficient and sometimes completely rude. The room was very nice. Room service staff was friendly enough; the food, adequate. The bellhop on the way to my room asked why I was in town. I told him it was for an anesthesia course. I requested a wake-up call for all three mornings of my stay. I only received one (Saturday). The evening before I was to check out, I called the concierge and requested three things: first, a wake-up call; second, that a luggage cart be brought to my room at 7:15 the next morning; third, that the valet have my car ready and waiting at 7:30. I did not receive a wake-up call (fortunately, I had learned my lesson and set the alarm as well). I was ready for the luggage cart at seven, so I called the operator that they please go ahead and send one up. I waited over 15 minutes for it to arrive. I finally got fed up and hauled my things awkwardly down the hall. I met the bellhop at the elevator. He said he was the only one here, and had just arrived. By this time, I was running almost 20 minutes behind (and had to be at a specific location at a specific time). When we reached the lobby, there were several bellhops standing around doing nothing. The only thing that was correct was that my car was ready; but this is because I had just called the valet while waiting for the bellhop. As I said, the room itself was fine; but the staff was severely lacking.
