This hotel is in the best area! Everything is within walking distance! This hotel is great! The staff is helpful and friendly. Great place to stay!

The Marriott at Legacy was very nice, the location was great. Located by a quaint shopping and restaurant area, many boutiques and live bands. The room itself was well appointed, and very quiet. Valet parking was reasonable and never a long wait for the car. The only negative was the breakfast buffet at the Copper Grill. The food was cold and not very tasty, service was a little slow.

I stayed at the hotel in september with five other colleagues from the uk on business. I found all of the staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful from the main reception to the young lads working on the car park/ courtesy bus/ taxi calling service. The breakfast was a good set up for the day. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. The whole time was not spent on business and the shopping malls were worth a visit as well as going into the main town to visit the Sixth Floor Museum which gives the full story behind the killing of JFK. would be more than happy to go back for a personnal visit.

My overall experience was excellent. All my expectations were reached. Would go back in a minute. The Marriott Hotel at Plano is a wonderful example on how hotels should be and should be run. The service was excellent and the employees were awesome. Oh, yes, the best cosmopolitan west of the Mississippi!

My husband and I have been married for 19years and we live a very busy lifestyle with our two boys. We weren't able to get out of town for a weekend so we decided to spend the night at a local hotel to celebrate our 19yrs of marriage. The Marriott Legacy Town Center in Plano was wonderful, the staff was very accommodating. The room was beautiful with a great view overlooking the pond and the shops at Legacy. We walked to Jasper's for nice dinner and then walked around the Town Center enjoying the atmosphere and nightlife.I would highly recommend the Marriott at Legacy Town Center it is a great location for shopping, dinning and entertainment.

the hotel is in a very nice location but is very dated. there is only on area for the elevators and if youre in a room aon the ends it takes 10 minutes to get there!!! The rooms were very dated and definitely not full service marriott quality. the furniture was old, carpet dirty, pillows lumpy and the lounge chair was faded and looked like it had been there for atleast 10 years. The room service was very inconsistent. The pineapple on the fruit plate was soggy and not very fresh tasting. The next day when i ordered breakfast again and asked the person answering the phone o make sure the pineapple was fresh, she came back with " its not going to be from the same pineapple" and they forgot to send a cup for the tea and the toast was completely soggy. The valet charge is $14 / day but they forget to tell you that the valet leaves at night. there was no sign at the valet station that indicated that no one was on duty!!!! The desk clerk is supposed to leave her post and go fetch the car. well, the morning i was checing out, the desk clerk was sitting behind the counter with headphones on. she saw me standing at the valet station but did not come and let us know that she was the one to go get the car. We presumed (since there was no sign) that the valet was away getting a car. after waiting for approx 10 minutes i walked upto her and asked about the valet and let her know i was in a rush and need my car in a hurry..she took her own sweet time and i ended up missing my flight and had to go standby and didnt get home until 10 pm...never again will i stay here

The staff was extra friendly. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel design and landscaping was attractive. Another great attraction of the hotel is that it is a half a blocks walk from a number of great restaurants, upscale shops and a theater.

My husband and I went to the Marriott at the Shops at Legacy for a night away from the kids. It was very relaxing and fun. It is in walking distance of shops and restaurants. We loved walking around with all the Christmas lights up.

The bed and bathroom. Long maze like hall ways, and parking. Hotel was fine for the most part, ice machine on my hall was out and it was a long walk to find one, parking is a nigh mare unless you valet.

Very nice andstaff wasvery friendly. Toilets did not work consistently. Beautiful facility, guest rooms were quite nice - staff was cordial and welcoming. The concierge level is worth upgrading too - nice breakfast and cocktail hour.

The location was great. There was shopping and dining and entertainment within walking distance. The only thing that I would say negative was that the bathroom had hair all in the bathtub, so I would say that it was not cleaned very well. I would definitely go back in a heartbeat. The hotel was very nice and the location to shopping and entertainment within walking distance was perfect for my friends and I. I would recommed this hotel to my friends and family.

Location, ambiance, elegance. Marriottat Legacy is in a fabulous location. Walk from the hotel and enjoy a lake, shops, restaurants, an outdoor band on weekends. The hotel itself is elegant and well-maintained; staff are well-trained. It has a wonderful aromatherapy smell that is welcoming also. It is a great location to stay at, with easy access to Plano, Frisco and Dallas.

Immaculate hotel in very nice surroundings, I'm coming back. I had to leave. Hotel very well kept, pool and workout area more than met my expectations. Right in the middle of the Legacy Shops, you can't beat it. Everything you want is within walking distance. The surroundings are beautiful. I'll be back!

I thought the breakfast buffet was awesome. The food was way too expensive. This hotel was very nice. It was a little smaller than I wanted though. I would have liked a bigger lobby area. It was very near tons of fun stuff to do though. It was a little hard to find because it is a little hidden. Overall it was a short stay but it was immaculate and the people were very nice.

The bed was amazing. The view could have been better. This hotel was great. I was not expecting to enjoy the stay as much as I did. Check in and out was fast and easy. They even let us check-in early (around 9 am)!

I accidentally left a very expensive dress in my room. It was returned to me a day later. I did not stay long enough. This was a beautiful hotel with all the amenities you need for a home away from home trip. I would definitely stay there again.
