Very confusing to get around inside. No clear directions. Had to pay to park in hotel's garage with no notice prior to arrival.

Clean, well furnished rooms. Location, some staff unfriendly.

We stayed at this hotel while visitng family. It was way better than I expected. I booked a month in advance and was able to reserve a king room for $83 a night. It was a small room but very clean and modern. Everything we requested was ready and waiting for us on our arrival (roll-away bed, refrigerator, high floor). The pool was nice and warm. There were ample towels. The lobby and restaurants are very modern looking. Very Nice Hotel!

I stayed at the Key Bridge Marriott over the Memorial Day weekend. A little hard to find from the Metro station - about a 15 minute walk. Staff was very friendly and very nice. The Concierge - Kim - was the best I've ever been in contact with. Extremely helpful. Access to the internet is free in the business center - a limit of 15 minutes if anyone is waiting. Restaurants were decent and the food very good. Rooms were very clean.

Great locaction for all we had to do. We had to bring our daughter to dc to dance for the summer and we also got to see some attractions. Easy location to do all. Plenty of room in the rooms for 4 people.

The shampoo, soap, conditioner, and lotions were great! The $17 per day parking garage fee. Everything was great except the parking garage.

One pays for this hotel because it is three blocks from Metro (Blue & Orange lines) and just across the bridge from the west end of Georgetown. The convenience is worth every penny in Washington, which is not car friendly in any manner. Staying later than checkout, the front desk will give you extra hours for your car in the hotel parking lot and that saves money and hassle. The rooms are small if that bothers you and the Potomac River is the flight path for Reagan National airport. The little bit of noise didn't bother my sleep. My calculation was what I would have saved from less expensive hotels further out was lost on inconvenience, time, money, and hassle getting into Washington from the suburbs. Plus, Georgetown is not near a metro stop!

We were pleased with the hotel and service staff and the breakfast meal had many options. The rooms were exceptional clean. We travel often with a family group and this hotel is at the top of our list.

Very business traveler friendly close to the metro. I will make this one of my regular stops when I am in DC.

The staff was very friendly, always accommodating. Food service was incredible. Conveniently close to the Metro (subway) and a short ride to the Washington Monument, White House, Capitol Hill and the Smithsonian. The top ballroom floor is the best place to watch the 4th of July fireworks from. With so much to see, a week was not enough. Would definitely stay there on the next visit.

The Key Bridge Marriott is located just blocks from the Metro station, so getting around is very easy. I had problems with my key just about everytime I tried to get into the room, so I was very disappointed about having to go back down to the lobby every time I went up to my room. I tried to eat dinner in the dinning room one night and sat for a long time and never had anyone take my order, so I left. I was glad that there were other restaurants not too far from the hotel. The room was clean and had a nice view.

The location and price helped make a trip that we make to see a doctor a little better. Had to pay for parking and the pay per view was too easy to get miss charged for something you did not watch in this case listen to. Over all I was pleased with the location the hotel and the staff I would stay there again.

No elvator to be found in parking garage! Long walk from garage to lobby. Room was small, but very pleasant. Bathroom a bit tight.

The Key Bridge Marriott is consistently affordable, comfortable and clean. The rooms are large and nicely appointed. Bathrooms are bright and vanities are large enough to hold toiletries for the family. Location is in excellent proximity to Georgetown University and all the shops along M Street - just a quick walk over the bridge! The hotel lobby is currently being renovated, which is a small inconvenience, but other than that, my stay was enjoyable.

The view from my room was spectacular! The sauna's were gender separated, and the ladies' sauna was broken. The room was great, and the housekeeping thoughtful and nonintrusive. The location of the hotel was fabulous - scenic, convenient and safe. We had a great time.

Overall, okay...nothing to brag about. The outside looks pretty bad, the lobby looks nice. View from the room was horrible. Small rooms, but comfortable beds. Don't go to Allie's restaurant.

The Key Bridge Marriott staff were excellent. Their service went above expectations, as they assisted me with check-in, made sure I had a pleasing room location, and helped with restaurant reservations and recommendations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers. The only thing less than satisfactory was that my room was a little too warm for me. However, I must admit that I did not complain to the staff about it or I am sure that they would have checked on it for me.

Location and easy access to DC. No wireless internet; wired internet was an additional $14/day.

The Marriot Key Bridge was absolutely wonderful. It is right in the heart of Arlington. You are just minutes away from places like Georgetown and the nations capital. The best thing about staying here was the bed. It was absolute comfort I didn't want to leave the room. Whenever I come to the DC area I will once again stay at the Marriot Key Bridge.
