The Jacksonville Hotel was very peaceful and quiet where you were able to relax each day. The restaurants were very close to get to.

Luxurious feel, felt very pampered. We were a little disappointed that the monitor in the suite room was not a television. Fantastic, exceeded our expectations, we felt like VIP's.

WE were very impressed by the hotel and thought that we got exceptional value for our money. My husband is disabled, which meant that we needed a shower chair. One was sent up before we could open our bags and decide where we would have dinner which was right inside the hotel. Very pleasant. And there was a huge party there, but we felt as tho we were important too.

The attentiveness of the staff and cleanliness of the hotel. Very nice room size and comfortable beds. There were no refrigerator or microwaves any no free breakfast. Friendly staff and very clean I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Only draw back it doesn't have free happy hour or breakfast like embassy suite.

Cleanliness of room and the comfortable plush bedding. No microwaves in room. I wanted a good night sleep in a comfortable quiet setting and I found that at the Marriot.

Had convenient location. The room was clean and comfortable. We liked everything about it. This hotel met our expectations. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows. The only negative was that we were right by the elevator and could hear the partiers coming back in the middle of the night. The restaurant offered an excellent meal and service. Would recommend it for a short or lengthy stay.

Best beds! I crashed the moment I hit the bed! Super comfortable! I have no complaints. Suberb service, excellent cleanliness, nice pool, and I cannot say enough about the fantastic comfort of the beds!

I loved the comfort of the beds and the cleanliness of the room. It was not near restaurants. This hotel was awesome!! The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was beautiful. As soon as you walk in you are greeted and you feel welcome. The desk clerks were extremely helpful with directions to different places we needed to go and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The mattress was very comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, facilities was very clean. No trash receptor in or near the parking lot. Excellent facility with a great staff, a great home away from home.

Everything was in great shape. Friendly staff. Just feet off I-95, so quick in and out. Not close to beach or city, but perfect for an overnight stay while on the road. It appeared to have a lot of conventions. Room was excellent.

Very nice. Only had king bed - we needed two beds. Hotel has a sensor to have elevator go to your floor while walking down the corridor, very unique. Good buy.

The interior of the hotel was fabulous. Very clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk was not knowledgeable about the surrounding areas. The lounge staff was rude and the restaurant food was not good. I would recommend this hotel for business travelers. We stayed here for a jaguar's game and it worked out quite nicely. Location is great, near shopping and restaurants. Front desk staff lacked knowledge of the area (definitely use the concierge), evening lounge staff was very rude and wasn't very please with the in hotel dining. Overall the stay was pleasant and facility was very clean and comfortable.

Clean. No breakfast like at the embassy you have to pay for TV. This is a clean hotel. They don't have happy hour or give you breakfast like The Embassy does. They also make you pay to watch TV!

Clean, well appointed rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. There is nothing close by except Dave & Busters. Hard to find way around the area of hotel. This is a perfect hotel for business people. The staff was helpful and friendly and the rooms were clean and modern. The restaurant in the hotel had an extent brunch buffet on Sunday. There were many locals attending buffet. Felt safe and secure at night, very little noise in the rooms. There is a business area with computers in it with internet access if you have no lap top.

The hotel staffs were all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Furniture was old and marred. This Marriott did not live up to the Marriott reputation as the furnishings were old, marred and dated looking. However, the indoor and outdoor pools were clean and the area well taken care of. There is a dry sauna and a hot tub, also. The bed, a king, was the most comfortable I have ever encountered in a hotel. The staff was very professional and accommodating. The common areas were well maintained and the decor comfortable. A business center was small, but had most of the things you would need. Internet connections were good and easy to access. The location was difficult to find initially, but after a couple of trips in and out it became easier. A directory of area restaurants and local maps were available upon request from the front desk, but I felt they should have been offered at check or made available in the room. The room guest book was out of date and the TV channels in it not even close to those available. I had to hunt for phone books which were not in the furniture at each phone. All in all a good value for the money, but a little effort and care could earn this hotel 4 star.

The bedside lamps were modern and very helpful. Our view was of a roof. Modern furnishings, friendly staff, quick check in and plenty of parking.
