The hotel had a problem accessing my Orbitz reservation. Because of the delay they comped 2 breakfast buffets.

The food was good in the restaurant. Slow service in restaurant.

Staff was great,rooms were nice with comfy beds,breakfast buffet was great(paid). Only complaint was for paid parking and pay for internet. Other than that I would visit here again

Not much. Rooms were small; service was bad. We had a bad experience and will not return. The rooms are small as well as the bathrooms. Service was non-existent. We had to pay for parking.

Room Security - parking deck No gift shop The location was perfect for me to get to my meeting on time. Room was very comfortable and clean. Needed your room key for elevator - good idea to keep unwanted individuals from gaining access to guest room hallways. Staff very helpful, good food at restaurant, bed very comfortable, easy check in and check out. I would stay here again.

It was a very good price for an upscale hotel. The location was not very good. This hotel was very clean and upscale. We had excellent service, including the room, dinner, and breakfast. I would recommend this hotel. The only downside is that it is not in a great location. It is in the downtown area which appeared to be pretty dead and we did not feel safe walking outside at night.
