The bed and service. This was a nice hotel and the rooms have nice amenities and the pool and jacuzzi were cool.

On an R&R trip for Thanksgiving from Southwest Asia, I had a very late airport arrival. I opted to stay a night near the airport before driving in to surprise my parents the next day. This hotel was like an oasis in the desert. It's only a minute from the airport but I didn't hear any noise from the planes. From check in to check out, everything was wonderful. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and courteous. The bed was heavenly and the room was extremely clean and quiet. I'm booking another trip and trying to time my itinerary so I can stay here again.

With moving, new jobs, out-of-town visitors, etc., we both forgot about our wedding anniversay. We decided to take a weekend to ourselves and checked in at the Marriott. Our room was romantic, the restaurant was great, the grounds were quiet and soothing. But the Staff was the greatest. They fulfilled all of our requests, always asked if there was anything else they could do, and never made us feel like we were imposing. In fact, their demeanor made it clear that our comfort was their highest priority.

Great bed and pillows. Food and service in bar was poor at best. Great place to stay. Just plan on not eating in the bar.

Location and initial appearance. Helpfulness. Had to call for sheets, blankets etc. The blankets were more like a flannel sheet than a blanket. The room was noisy and needless to say uncomfortable for sleeping. Needless to say after a night of very little sleep I was delighted to have an early morning flight out. This practice should be forbidden.

Our room was comfortable and Bath and Bodyworks products were a nice addition. After informing the front desk of our 80 dollar unexpected expense, I was charged 2 dollars for coffee. It was the principle of the situation. Upon arrival I was very happy with the cordial staff and appearance of hotel.

Quiet secluded location. The hotel was located near the airport with easy access into and out of Greensboro. The staff is very friendly. It was an overall good experience.

Beautiful room and common areas. Long way outside of town. This was a lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful employees. The room was very well furnished, stylish and comfortable. It had a good gym.

Location. They got the room service breakfast wrong and I had to wait 30 extra minutes.
