Location is kinda of hidden by car, but once you find it, it's great! Parking garage is available in the building. Staff was very cordial, English speaking and very helpful. Resturants, shopping, museums, sightseeing everything all within walking distance. We would definitly stay here again.

Rooms are big and very clean. It was very comfortable, and the best thing of this hotel was the location. Nothing. Very good hotel.I want to go there again.

The room had a strange smell, service at breakfast poor. Very friendly staff, free upgrade unexpected, nice lounge, good equipment! Really nice hotel.

Good location and clean. The high cost of brunch was a drawback. Very nice hotel in a posh location although the room overlooking the service entrance given to us was loud at times.

Very nice location, very convenient quite rooms, great pool and sauna. No coffee or tea maker in the room. We liked this hotel very much. It is located right in the heart of Hamburg, at walking distance to all attractions. The staff is friendly, the rooms are large and quite, the beds are very good. The indoor pool area and the sauna are just excellent. I can whole hearted recommend this hotel. It is my favorite one in Hamburg. There are no coffee makers in the room. But less than 2 minutes away there is a great bakery where you can have an excellent breakfast for just few dollars.

Awesome location. High end amenities. Felt like we were in the middle of the best part of Hamburg. Didn't have any non-smoking rooms left by the time we checked in.Very nice.

Location, location, location... Run of the mill Marriott property... staff could be friendlier. You really can't beat the location of this hotel - close enough to walk to many of Hamburg's attractions. Nice, clean, good-sized rooms make for a comfortable stay, and although the staff may not be the friendliest, they are professional and efficient. I'd definitely stay here again!

Great downtown location, close to lake, church, friendly staff. Don't provide hair conditioner in the bathrooms. The hotel staff was very helpful (valet parked our rental Mercedes, assisted us nicely at the check-in desk). They didn't offer to check with the airline to see if our missing luggage was found (like the other hotels we stayed in during our trip offered to do). The location is fabulous - very close (walking distance) to the lake where you can rent a boat or take a boat trip, the church with the outdoor marketplace, etc.

the in-house restaurant Compared to the usa you have to pay for every service When I go back to Germany I hope to get this great Hotel again. The hotel and environment was great , all the people were willing to help.
