Marriott Glasgow - EXCELLENT -I booked about 4 hours before our arrival and I was expecting the usual carry on when checking in as only justed booked it but no problem at all, all my details were there creating a very speedy checkin. The hotel is lovely, very very clean, staff were very nice and helpful. I was surprised that the wine was well priced at just £14 aproxx. overnight parking was also well priced at £3 per night. Hotel is only a 4-5 minute walk from the very centre of the town. If your looking for an excellent Italian restaraunt then i would reccommend Piccolomondo about 2.5mins walk along Argyle Street. Overall i would reccommend this hotel to anybody that likes their luxuries. Staff at Late Rooms were also great and very helpful when i called to book this hotel. Thank You.A. Very Happy Customer.

Breaksfast buffet was excellent. Good restaturants and Buchanan Street are within an easy walk. Cabs are plentiful if going more than a mile or two.

Clean and comfortable. Rooms need updating. The hotel is basically clean and comfortable, but the rooms are perhaps beginning to show signs of age and some updating is required. Staff was efficient and friendly, location is good for public transport.

marriott stayon night 1 our room was smokey (it was a no smoking room) we were late in checking in but asked to be moved in the morning reception was very good.on morning 2 the breakfast was busy and food was a bit slow in coming , we have stayed here before and have had no problems i would stay at the marriott again.

Mid Week Concert BreakThis was the third time I have stayed at the Marriott Glasgow, and I will always recommend it to others. The location of the hotel is ideal for sightseeing, shops, pubs etc. The staff were extremely helpful when we asked for information for transport to Hampden Park, and took time to answer all our questions. The bar staff on the Tues evening were very friendly and efficient. The room itself was immaculate (as usual) and the bed, and pillows the most comofrtable ever! My other half was very impressed with the standard of the hotel, and would definately stay there again when in Glasgow. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Staff. The dust, as they were remodeling. This hotel was more out of the way than any we stayed in in our 14 days in the UK, but the staff more then made up for the inconvenience. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and hope to return to Glasgow.

Extremely clean - a great review from a fussy coupleWe have particularly high standards when it comes to hotel rooms (the bathroom in particular) and this is the one hotel we've stayed in so far in Glasgow which has met our standards. Helpful courteous staff, a huge bed which was made even more impressive by the fact that it was one whole mattress rather than the zip-up type that separates which most hotels seem to be buying in now (so no waking in the night to find yourself wedged in an uncomfortable join), very clean hotel generally and within easy walking distance of the city centre. This hotel is just in the red light district, although we saw no signs of this during our weekend there - not sure if that's because we know how to avoid it or just because it was out of sight. We'd definitely stay here again and would recommend the Marriott without hesitation.

Location and price. Dining room under renovation. Great hotel, very hard to find the drive in entrance due to construction next door. It looked like a no-entrance driveway. Otherwise good location, comfortable room, but breakfast is a bit overpriced.

The room we were allocated was noisy throughout the night. We were possibly next to a laundry or boiler room.The Dinner menu looked impressive, but the food was disappointing and lukewarm.My bikini top got shredded in the spin dryer at the leisure centre!!

Great comfy bed, nice lobby bar and helpful concierge. The front desk staff was very welcoming upon our arrival. We had a nice room with a nice view. The concierge was quick to help with directions to a local restaurant and record store. The hotel is located not too far from Central Station, so convenient for train travelers.

My husband works away from home and we always book into a hotel when i pick him up from the airport, i always try to get the Marriot , the staff are always friendly and helpful, and the rooms are beautiful and clean .

Very clean, large rooms with 2 queen beds, non-smoking, staff was great. Location was hard to find at first. This was a fantastic hotel with a very thoughtful and a helpful concierge. The hotel was clean. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Wi-Fi should be free. No matter how late I slept in my room was cleaned everyday. This is the best hotel I have stayed at in some time.
