We very much enjoyed out stay at the Mariott Hotel in Franklin, Tenn. Everyone was extremely helpful and service oriented. We were there for several days, and everything was well done and comfortable. The rooms were very nice and quiet. Good business atmosphere. Nice comfortable shower which I so need at the end of a day. I also thought the food/restaurants in the hotel were good as we enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning. The dining at night was fine. Close to many good restaurants in the area. It is a relatively new business district which makes it have a nice feel. My only criticism is the workout room is not large enough and the pool was not heated. They arranged for us to workout at a nearby club that was very nice and that worked fine. I would give it 4 1/2 stars out of 5.

Stayed here for a conference. Staff was excellent, room was always clean. Most comfortable bed and pillows ever! A little pricey but Highly recommend.

I stayed in room 712 and everything was fine. When we got ready to go to bed we saw the sheets were dirty and not changed. I called the front desk they send maid to change. My concern was I paid *+tax, I should have not had to call for any concerns.

Th Franklin Marriott-Cool Springs is a very nice hotel. The beds felt like we were sleeping on clouds; so comfortable!!! The area was extremely clean and we felt very safe. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Franklin.

Overall look and cleanliness. Noise from air conditioner was horrendous and kept us up most of the night. Bed was not comfortable. Great for a last-minute getaway at pricelines price.

Good location, helpful staff, good food. The staff was helpful and had a desire to please. My concern was the mattress on my bed. It had an odor. I first thought it was the cover. I removed the cover then thought it was the mattress cover. The hotel changed the mattress cover thinking perhaps it had been put on the bed before it was completely dry. Having changed all the bed linens, the odor was still there. Housekeeping made an effort each time that I made a request to correct the problem. I did report the problem at the desk as I was checking out so the problem can be corrected. I realize that the hotel can not be aware of all problems in each room unless the problem is reported. I've stayed at this hotel before and this is the only unpleasant incident that I have encountered.

The beds are comfortable. They charged for wireless internet. I would never stay at this hotel again. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. The restaurant was poorly staffed and the the brunch was not a brunch but a breakfast buffet. They charged us $9.95 a day for internet access even thought the Guest Services Directory explicitly stated that there was no charge.

Clean. They charged for internet access. Hotel was very clean, upscale. In room material indicated internet access (wireless) was at no charge but upon calling front desk I was told that the information in the room was incorrect and had not been updated and that there was a charge of $9.95.

Lobby was nice. Rooms were very small; did not have queen size beds. The hotel is somewhat dated, in a very poor location if you want to visit anything in Nashville; the rooms are small; no queen size beds available, but parking is ample. Probablyok for business travels if your business is in the specific area.

The staff was fantastic (front desk clerk Van, in particular). The late chekc in time but they allowed us to check in early! It was fabulous! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. The hotel staff was extraordinary...we would stay again for this reason alone. The room was also large and inviting. Kudos, Marriott Cook Springs!

Bathroom small, grout dirty. I would award 3 instead of 3.5 stars because of a bathroom condition. We stayed in a room which was not remodeled. I did not like soft pillow mattress.
