The rooms have a great view of the Falls. We walked in the room and said "WOW". The location was very convenient. There is a walkway at the back of the hotel that we walked in the evening. The hotel charges $20 a day for parking.

The Hotel was impeccably clean and all the staff courteous. Everything is pricey, but that's to be expected. Overall, a very enjoyable trip.

We loved this hotel, and the room we were in on the 15th floor, directly overlooking the Horseshoe Falls. The view of the falls was phenomenal and we enjoyed it both day and night. The service at the hotel bar, restaurant, front desk, room service, housekeeping and valet was first class and friendly. No complaints whatsoever!

from valet service, to the housekeeping staff the employees here are GREAT!!! they always toss a smile your way and say hello no matter what time of the day/night you cross paths. the room (1726) had an amazing view of both falls, the 2-person tub with jets was relaxing, the bath and body works soaps, lotions and shampoo smelled great... the bed was comfy, the pillow plentiful, and the bathroom was amazing having a window that opens up to view the bedroom while you are getting ready. the fireplace in this room was a bit tacky since it wasn't "real", but just llit up with a fake flame. however the fireplace is not why you pay for a room but rather for the great view!!! there wasnt much of a choice food wise in this hotel, but right across the street there was a tony romas and a few other places.

Very nice hotel right across from the Horse Shoe Waterfall. The funicular railway that takes you down to the waterfall is about a minute walk across the bridge (there's an exit through the back of the hotel) or you can walk all the way down which will probably take you about 15 minutes (or longer if you walk slow). The only slight disapointment at first was the view from our room. We paid for a suite located on the 5th - 9th floor and got one on the 5th where the waterfall was partially covered by the trees. It is probably more impressive from the higher floors but I really can't tell. We asked if we could go just a little higher but were told there was no availability. However it was still a good view (definitely better than the one to our backyard!) and we did enjoy our stay. The room was spotless and bed very comfortable.

Beautiful hotel, great location overlooking the falls. Valet parking was mandatory ($20/day). The Marriott was great. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful view of the horseshoe falls from our room. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in the Marriot a few years ago with my family and we loved it. We loved it so much, that we just had to come back! By the way, I was traveling with my husband and my 2 teenagers. Upon my second stay at this hotel, I was greeted by their kind and courteous staff. Everyone there is extremely nice, and will assist you if you have any problems. I requested the same room type as last time, and got just what I expected. Two comfortable beds with an EXTREMELY GORGEOUS view of the falls. You can even partially open the window to hear the rush of the water =]. Love that. Also, in the lobby, there is a full service Starbucks! I have to get my morning coffee, and it was great to have my favorite kind right in the lobby! The food is sort of expensive, but hey, what could you expect?? You're in a tourist area! Also, in walking distance from the hotel, there is a Wolfgang Puck restaurant. I went in there and had some appetizers, a bit pricey but excellent! I would really reccommend this hotel to anyone, you'll have a great time!

18th floor view of the falls was amazing. The curtains were closed when entering the room. When I walked over and opened them the view was breath taking.

WONDERFUL view overlooking the Falls - it's exactly what you picture when you hear the hotel's name!! In the daytime, you can watch the sunrise over the falls or even catch a rainbow over the falls. In the evening, you can see the falls lit up and then watch the fireworks displays as well. We were within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. Other attractions were further so we took the public transportation (close by) or the hotel's shuttle. Every staff member we encountered was polite and helpful! We never ate at the hotel's restaurant but did have snacks in the lounge and those were great. There is a Starbucks in the lobby. We highly recommend a restaurant named The Keg at a neighboring hotel. Definitely take the time to walk over to the new casino. It's a lovely walk overlooking the falls and if you're lucky, you might see some raccoons in the evening.

My husband treated me to a 1 night stay in Niagara Falls for my 30th birthday. We brought our 3 month old son. What a great time we had! The staff at this hotel are so friendly- from the valet service, check-in, hostess and waitress at the restaurant, and the tourism counter. Everyone was genuinely friendly! We got the 1 night package which was an excellent value. This included: our room with an incredible view of horseshoe falls on the 17th floor, 75 towards dinner, and all you can eat breakfast buffet. The food was great, the pool and hot tubs were very clean. The walk to the falls was short. We will definitely be staying here again!

We had a room on the 17th floor. Absolutely fabulous view! The staff kept the room spotless, no complaints whatsoever. We did get some bad info from a girl that was "in training", so we won't hold that against them, even though we ended up walking about 4 extra miles!!

Great view of Niagara falls. Required valet parking. Professional staff manning the reception counter; small business center was located off lobby; tour desk was in lobby with very helpful staff; Room overlooking the falls was large as was bathroom area: toilet. Stand up shower was in one room, while the other room has the sink and jacuzzi. One could relax in jacuzzi and view Falls through window that opened on the bedroom. Great experience.

We decided to take a last minute trip to Niagara Falls with the kids. We stayed at the Marriott Fallsview. We stayed in one of the family suites. The view from our room was amazing! Location couldn't have been better. Staff is very helpful. We also took a scenic tour from the tour desk. The kids loved it! The on-site magic show was also a hit with the kids. I highly suggest any family bringing the kids, it is fantastic!

The experience in the hotel was nice, except from the tour's desk, it looks like they did not anything. Before my trip I called to find out if they offer any tours and I was told they could sell me the tickets for the attractions but I was going to be on my own. (Hard to believe). When I arrived to the hotel I went to the tour desk and told the two ladies what happen, and in a very defensive way the told me that it was impossible. I told them that I booked the tour thru the Embassy Suite because I was told what I mentioned before (that we were going to be in our own), the second day I went to request some info about other attractions and I was told "you can take all the info in the pamphlets in back of this counter" I believe it was a little bit of discrimination because my accent, besides that every body was nice to us and we have a great time I will recommend the hotel to my friends.

When we booked this room we saw a sample view online, but were shocked that not only was the view as good as the picture online, it was better. Amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful with directions and tour packages. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of room, clean, and cool. We had to wait awhile to get served in the lounge because the bartender was watching a basketball game, but we were in no hurry. We brought in our own drinking water because they were trying to charge 9.95C for a bottle. The location is perfect and the price was great. Very satisfied with this Marriott.

My wife and I were headed to Niagara Falls for our 5th anniversary trip. We almost always go on some kind of trip for our anniversary, and I think this was the best by far! The Marriott Fallsview was perfect, offering the most amazing view of the falls from our room on the 7th floor. Many reviews will tell you that the higher the floor, the better the view; however, at my request, we were able to view rooms on the 7th, 8th, and 19th floors, and the view from the 7th was still the best. Due to the location of the hotel, any fallsview room booked here would offer a far better view of the falls than some of the best rooms at neighboring hotels. Also, the bed was very comfortable, and the jacuzzi tub was absolutely fantastic. We spent a lot of time out and about during our 4 day trip and felt like it was the perfect length to stay. The only thing we regret was not being able to spend just a bit more time actually in the hotel because it was extremely relaxing while we were there.
