The bed was great! But, the rooms were not cleaned well at all. The house keeping staff was not well trained or efficient at their jobs. The front desk staff were very friendly & helpful. The TV would not move from the "menu" channel the last night & next day & staff could not fix it.

They have excellent beds and TV's. Bad cleaning staff, gave room on unconditioned hall way. I would say that in general they are a good hotel, but the first thing I would say was bad, was that the front desk people look down on clients. They always looked for the worst rooms to give me. I called ahead and specified room and type. When I got there, you see they are biased front desk people. If you could hide the rate from the employees it would help do away with prejudice. I do believe that they may be coached by management to not treat us fair or with respect as if we paid their highest rate. But if we did not go there, we would go somewhere where we did get a good rate and were not treated like that.

this was the worst experience i ever had at a hotel. the bed was hard, the room had a mildew smell, the noise was so bad we had to leave at 2:00 am. not a hotel i will stay at ever again.

The hotel is beautiful. The only problem is when I booked the reservations it didn't give me the option of choosing what type of bed we wanted (king or double). They assigned us to a double room. It was uncomfortable for my husband and I to sleep in a double size bed together. We also had a problem with getting our breakfast included in our fare even though it was listed on the website. However, I called Orbitz and they were able to straighten it out with no problem. The breakfast was delicious!

The guest service staff was very helpful. The hotel was clean and very well maintained. We loved the location because it was close to downtown and it was only four miles from the Bank of America Stadium.

The bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was kind of small. It was a very nice and comfortable place to stay. Friendly employees and very clean.

I guess I'll start with how I found the hotel. The parking lot was a bit cramped for my full-size car but I found there to be plenty of parking spaces. The lobby had multiple entry points and was comfortably large. The staff got me checked in quickly and (that was my only contact with them) I'm sure that had I stayed longer I would have found tham to be very accommodating. The room was larger than other business class hotels I've been in and it was up to date on the furnishings to provide for maximum comfort. I didn't get to try out the other amenities as I was only there for a single night. The hotel is a very short driving distance from the airport and downtown. Although it is very close to the interstate and not far from the airport, I slept with no interruption from outside noise. I would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel to any traveler, business or otherwise.

Professional staff, very clean, comfy beds. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. You get four pillows per bed. The kitchen makes one mean Reuben sandwich. Highly recommended.

The hotel was nice and the rooms were clean. I did not like that internet was only wireless since the first floor had horrible reception. I was dissapointed that there was a fee for internet access. Most hotels I stay in has complimentary internet access.

Clean, convenient, good service, border upscale we were located in the basement floor...didn't like location. This hotel is in a convenient location. The rooms are attractive. The hotel service is good and friendly. It has a restaurant but too expensive for families with modest incomes.
