It was very clean and spacious. It was exceptionally clean and although I did not use the rec room and pool they looked very nice.

Pool and the comfort of the bed. You had to buy everything! No breakfast, internet. Nice hotel but I did not like that it didn't have a free continental breakfast, nor was there freeWiFi. Normally hotels have this prices on the menu of the hotel were also outrageous!

This hotel is very comfortable and clean. It's attractively decorated and modern. The only complaint we have is that the hotel was overrun with out of control children while we were staying there. Not the fault of the hotel. This hotel is beautifully decorated and clean. The architecture is very interesting. It's a family friendly environment. I wasn't traveling with my kids this time, but if I were, I'd stay again.

Staff was exceptionally pleasant, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Can't think of a thing! I was concerned after reading some of the comments, but have to tell you it was a wonderful stay. From check in to check out, the experience was great. The staff was trained well and very warm and friendly. The place was spotlessly clean and the rooms were comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

The swimming pool and hot tub. Throughout our whole stay the leftover food from room service was left outside the room next door in the hallway. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The area was nice and felt safe.

Friendly staff, very clean and well maintain. Life guard on duty was great. Would like access to computer in business area at no charge for map quest. Common areas where beautiful and well maintained, the location was convenient and we enjoyed our stay.

My friend was trying to get in her room after we had a meeting . Key wouldn't work, so we call down as the guy brought her other key. Great place.

Great location. The bed was horrible! Overall, the hotel was quite nice. Beautiful lobby, nice indoor pool, and in a great centralized location. Our only issue was that the employees in the restaurant were slightly rude and acted as if we were an inconvenience rather than a customer. Also, the bed was awful. Neither my husband nor I could sleep. We travel a lot and most hotels of this caliber are upgrading their mattresses- this location definitely should! The lines and pillows were fine just the mattress!

The staff was very helpful and the accommodations were very comfortable. What I would expect for a 3 star rating. I especially enjoyed the bed linen. Nothing really to speak of. The hotel has the facilities and the comfort one would expect of a 3 star hotel. The stuff was friendly and helpful.

When the discovered it was our 50th wedding anniversary they upgraded our room to the concierge level and sent us a gift basket. Can't. Good location. Staff friendly. Great room. The room service was prompt, food very good, excellent buffet on Easter Sunday. Prices reasonable. We hope to return for another visit.
