We had a great time the hotel and staff were very helpful. The service and food was very good. Great location to surrounding venues.

The view from the room was excellent. The breakfast buffet could have been a bit better.

This hotel is in the perfect location....within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, malls, and parks. Very nice part of the city..... The only downside is paying for parking.....*night...and also paying for wireless internet...* per 24 hours.

For a world class hotel, the room was smaller than we expected, but the service was excellent. The hotel seems to get a lot of celebrity guests, but the staff treated us as well as anyone else. We had tickets to the weekend series between the Indians and the Yankees and soon learned that the Yankees' players were staying in the same hotel. The fitness center is well equipped but the pool is just a lap pool, only 3 feet deep. Room service and David's Restaurant in the hotel are a little pricey but to be expected.

Beautiful hotel and fantastic Priceline value.

Anytime we do an overnight visit to Cleveland we stay here. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and fairly large. They have recently updated the rooms as well with flat screen TVs and new bedding within the past few years. The hotel itself may not be set in the greatest part of town, but once inside you feel very secure. The fact that they have a valet service is nice so you don't have to be walking around an unknown part of town. They do charge for the valet service. I believe it's around $25 a day. You can't beat the quality of the rooms for the price. I would recommend this hotel to families, business travelers, and couples as well.

The hotel is in walking distance to many downtown areas of interest. e.g. Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Browns' stadium, Science stadium, waterfront, Cavaliers' areana, Indians' ballpark, several excellent restaurants (such as Lolas run by one of the winners of Iron Chef). Also within short cab ride $5-7 of several cool neighborhoods around cleveland. I am not a fan of the ultrasoft beds Marriott has adopted since they hurt my back - didn't realy know that until this trip.

The location was great, the room was comfortable and immaculate. Parking costs $20. Beautiful hotel with extremely friendly staff. The room was very nice, modern, and the bed was incredibly comfortable! I have no complaints about the hotel, and enjoyed my stay very much.

This hotel is located very close to so many things which made it possible for us to walk and not have to rent a car. The staff were exceptional; we felt welcome from the moment we approached the hotel to the moment we checked out. We had a drink in the bar, but did not eat at the hotel. It's a beautiful place to stay and we will definitely be coming back!

The room was so cozy and clean. Our bed was very inviting. The location was in walking distance to what we needed. And the staff was very pleasant and kind. We hope to return again for the Browns and Ravens game. See you next year.

Very nice room & location. Funny smell in lobby at times. Overall, a fantastic hotel. A best buy! 24 hour pool, sauna, spa, & exercise room was a plus. Very comfortable beds & room. Fridge was a plus.

Recent trip to Cleveland turned out to be quite a challenge! All of the Public Square area is under major construction. What should have been an easy trip from the airport to downtown via the RTA Rail turned out to be a lesson in dodging potholes, navigating fences, blocked streets and poor access to transit The hotel staff were okay, except for the two gentlemen who ignored me while I was standing in line to check in, and the housekeeper who thought my room was to be cleaned completely because "it was so clean--until I opened the closet!" by then she had emptied the contents of the in-room fridge--with of course no offer to see that things were replaced. Had the breakfast buffett on Sunday morning, was quite good and an exceptional value at $* vs. the $* listed on the menu--perhaps the discount was given to make up for the exceptionally poor service of the wait staff? There isn't much to do in downtown Cleveland on the weekends, though I did catch "The Lion King" at nearby (15 min walk) to Playhouse Square on Sunday evening. Upon trying to check out on Monday morning, after calling from the front desk to have someone come to the counter with no response, I had to locate a house phone to call for assistance. Overall not a bad experience, but not one of the best. Cleveland does offer many cultural sites, none of which are made easy to reach with public transportation

I got a room on the ninth floor.when I checked in I asked for a lower floor because I'm terrified of heights. This hotel has always been very good at granting this request before. The woman at the front desk made no effort to try and find me another room. She totally blew me off and said this is your room and I can't help you.I checked in at 4:00 pm so I was plenty early. Then to top it off, she gave us a corner room, with twice the windows. My wife had to go in and close all of the curtains before I would enter the room. This corner room was TERRIBLE...The street noise was so bad that I could not sleep all night long.I have always liked this hotel and the location is perfect for what we want to do.But I do not know if I would ever stay here again.

This was a fantastic hotel to stay in in Cleveland. It was located right downtown with easy access to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Browns Stadium, and public transportation to anywhere else you need to go. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were incredibly comfy. I had a great stay and would not hesitate to stay again.

Fiendly concierge and valet staff. Housekeeping didn't clean our room after our second night.

Great view from room, walking distance to ball park, R&RHof and House of blues. Elevator made me woos, fast starts and stops - minor. This hotel met or exceeded my expectations of a Marriott. Friendly service, good accomodations, good location. This was my first experience with Priceline. I was unsure if we would get a bargain type room or experience anything different than a regular guest. I saw no difference. Was pleasantly surprised with the $6 per day weekend parking rate. Would recommend to anyone.

The bed! Oh and the curtains that kept the room very dark in the am!

The decor, amenities and view more than made up for the small size. Would love to stay again. This hotel was amazing. The room was exceptional. Nice king size bed, clean white bedding, nice mounted flat screen, great veiw, clean bathroom and decor was all around nice. I'm madI haven't stayed here before.
