Motel and service were great. However to conduct business on the internet you must pay for their server on the computer service room.

The downtown location. No managers reception for elite members on the weekends. This hotel was a nice experience overall and I did not have any issues.

Had a great time with my 13 year old daughter and two of her friends at the hotel. Ordered room service for breakfast...wonderful! The room was very clean and well decorated. Front desk was very helpful....had to call about our TV not working and they sent someone right up. Just a loose cable...they just got new flatscreens in all the rooms. Would definatly stay again.

We lodged here for a convention. The hotel is tastefully decorated. There is a Starbucks in the lobby. The convention facilities were ample. The only disappointing items were the size of the pool, way too small for a hotel of this size. The beds are very comfortable, but in a Marriott, I expected a double to be queen size, not a double bed. The location is great, adjacent to the convention center and many dining establishments. You can walk for blocks inside covered skywalks from building to building to access a mall and other hotels. I would stay here again.

The IN Marriot was very conducive to the business meetings we held. It was accessible to the Capital and other state buildings. a morning walk was close by at the Canal.

Nice lobby and rooms. Valet was disorganized, no one in control of it. The lobby, the room was nice and clean. The food in the restaurant was okay, nut extremely overpriced. Food did not come out right. The hotel did not follow company guidelines for Marriott Rewards. If you are a member of Marriott Rewards, make sure that you get your points for additional charges to your room. They will fight you on it!

Rooms are smalish, crowded with two double beds, a bit worn although some what redecorated. The staff were not as gracious as usually expected in a downtown hotel, or in the midwest. We heard a lot of what we can't do, and not the reception usually given at a hotel. More like a really big busy room anywhere for a night. It didn't seem any of the front desk staff was local.

The Indianapolis Marriott Downtown was great. The front desk staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel is close across the street from the convention center and connected to the Circle Center Mall via walkways. We would definitely stay here again.

The cleanliness, comfort, and friendly staff. Very nice place to stay. We were not informed prior to our stay about the high cost of overnight parking. $30 per night. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Indianapolis Marriott downtown. Everything was clean and really nice. The room was comfortable, cozy, and attractive. The staff was friendly. I was, however, disappointed upon our arrival to learn that it was nearly thirty dollars per night to park our car at the hotel. Also, all of the food we had at the hotel was mediocre at best and overpriced. Otherwise, we had a wonderful weekend.

The Downtown Marriott is handy to the city center, restaurants, theatre, sports venues and shopping. The staff was very friendly, sometimes too attentive, and able to direct the visitor to other sites in the area. There is construction going on in downtown Indy now, but that did not interfere with a good stay.

It wasreally hot in the room. There was no fan in the bathroom.

Big, spacious, clean, beautiful. One of the bell hops was rude to us because we did not want his help. Excellent.

The location is great. Our room smelled like someone had smoked in it. The hotel itself is nice and the location is wonderful. They need to work on their parking issue. Our room smelled like smoke when you walked into it. There was a bar of soap left in the shower from the previous guest and hairs throughout the bathroom. Other than that, it was nice.

The valet parking guy was exceptionally nice. They were rude and sent us to another hotel several blocks away that was not what we were looking for. Rude manager, unbelievable that he would give our room away.

New, clean, good location, spacious bathroom. Charged for internet, closed restaurant & bar (around 8pm) on Saturday with many people still trying to get in. Housekeeping times unpredictable. The hotel is new and clean. The service is friendly and efficient. Extra charges for internet not appreciated. Some rooms might not have a great view - stick to the upper levels.
