The location was great for night life and close to small shops and restaurants. This hotel was in the middle of downtown and in close walking distance to the small shops, restaurants and clubs.

The bedding. Thin walls, could hear everything in hallway and room next door.

My daughter's eye swelled up after swimming in the dirty pool and the hot tub had ceramic tiles loose or broken and you could feel the grit underwater. the Pizza from room service was the worst I've ever had but when I complained about the folks upstairs jumping up and down at midnight, they stopped it immediately.

Nice accommodations, good exercise room. Mandatory parking fee. I would recommend this hotel for leisure or business.

Hotel served its purpose. Wanted to use pool but it was green and not clean. Disappointed that the work out room did not open till ten o'clock in the morning we are used to working out at 6 am.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Greensboro. The staff assisted us in everyway possible. The beds are great.

It was nice quiet and clean. The room was warm. Very warm and there was no circulation.

Your view will be a rock top flat roof with climate control mechanics in Room 323. The room will be freezing cold, you will hear all the noise from the hallway, nearby elevator and ice machine, and you will find a customer service staff that provides stubborn excuses, instead of offers of assistance. Never again!

Comfortable room and bed. There was no water in jacuzzi, cost $11.00 to park. The Marriott was a lovely hotel. My husband and I went to celebrate an anniversary. We were disappointed that there was no water in the jacuzzi and the system for in room movies was also down. We had a relaxing time and managed to sleep much too long in the morning!

A large, clean lobby entrance. Plenty of spacious, open conversation areas with open paths.

One mile from office; can walk to main street. Small.

The staff was extremely friendly and customer service focused. Ordered room service and got a foreign substance in it. They took the appropriate steps to make me happy, but would prefer no foreign substances. The hotel staff was fantastic -- very friendly, very helpful, very accommodating. The hotel is clean and attractive.

Comfortable beds, beautiful room, great coffee, best room I've ever stayed in. I could only enter it through a parking lot thats not easy to pinpoint when it is dark outside, but it was definitely nice.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Great staff!! The thermostat was set at 68 degrees, but the room was much hotter. Couldn't sleep because it was too HOT! This hotel is in a nice location and the staff could not have been more accommodating. The room did not have a refrigerator, but when we called the desk they brought a refrigerator right away. The hot tub was closed for repairs. The rooms have small bathrooms but the bed and bedding are very nice. The worst part of this hotel is the thermostats are set to go no lower than 68 degrees. The room was definitely warmer than 68 degrees. It was so hot we didn't sleep the whole night! Breakfast is not included with the room, but there is complementary coffee service in the lobby.

The staircase. The lights were dusty. We really liked the hotel.

We were looking for a place to dine and the hotel staff provided us with printed directions to the 3 most popular areas near the hotels. It was great! We had to pay for parking in the garage. $20 for two days of unlimited entry/exits to the garage. Otherwise, you have to find parking on the street! Overall, my stay was very pleasant. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. And the rooms were adequate size for two people.
