I can not say anything nice about this hotel! The valet wrecked my show car! The lady at the front desk said that my checkout would be at noon on the 19th, which would have been fine if I wasn't charged for two nights. I wasn't even in Florida on the 17th but the charged me for staying their. What's that about? And if that wasn't enough, the valet attendant backed my 2007 plum crazy purple dodge Daytona charger R/T # 0846/1400 into a yellow pole. The manager wrote a report, but nothing was ever done about it. I later noticed on the way home that the front bumper was also cracked. My over all experience with the Marriott hotel of Delray was very poor.

Great location; great staff. Several things I expected were available - upon request and often at additonal costs. Mini- bar rather than the mini fridge expected- but fridge available for extra each day; no hairdryer, no blankets etc. The staff was great and quick to respond but I should not have had to call for a blanket. Pool and pool bar was great. Parking was an extra $12.00 a day but not a hassle. Rooms were nice but smaller than expected; we had a King Suite. Spa facilities and services were good.

We have stayed at the Delray Marriott several times, and we are always pleased. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, and ease of check-in is a plus. We will stay again!

The Marriott in Delray was a surprisingly good value with numerous amenities--pool, fitness room, turn down service, etc. in a truly beautiful location. This hotel has great attention to detail. Example: a computer in the lobby so you con conveniently print out boarding passes for your return flight.

Everyone was very accomodating. The facility was nicely decorated (marble floors, plants, a piano bar,nice sitting areas inside & out. The gym was open 24 hours & the pool was open late (til 11:00 or so). The pool provided noodles for floating & balls & boogie boards. There is an adult only pool also with a jacuzzi. There was a blackout, so the hotel provided dinner & drinks to all guests. The Marriot at Delray was in walking distance to all shops & restaurants, but a free shuttle is also available. The room had a separate sink for coffe making & a balcony sitting area that overlooked the ocean. I would definitely return. My Florida friend who visited loved it so much she's going to book a weekend at this hotel. It is amazingly good for families & business travelers alike.
