This hotel was in a good location where we could find different restaurants nearby. It was also very close and easy accessible to the airport. The room was very clean and good size where our two toddlers could run a little in the room.

Clean rooms, good room service. Internet access/TV functions. The internet service was difficult to set up. The services on the TV were not all functional. For example; Pay per view movie controls (fw/pause/etc) do not function, folio was not available on the TV, checkout was not possible on the TV. It is frustrating. Movies are overpriced, $15+ per movie (outrageous).

location.location.location...nice room...metro, plenty of places to eat, shops...even a Rite-Aid...directly under the hotel...just take the elevator down and you are there...everyone was very nice...the hotel shuttle picked us up and took us back to the airport...we could have easily taken the metro...nice pool, suna, and fitness center...we stayed in a room with double beds...

Perfect! Less than a mile from Regan (w/free shuttle), subway right there-10-12 min. ride to DC; 6 min to Arlington-no need to rent a car! Great staff; friendly, helpful and knowlegable. Close to restaurants (TED's is great!) and shops. Beautiful rooms-we paid a little extra and got a beautiful suite!

This hotel was completely non-smoking and enjoyable. THE ROOM. GOOD - Comfortable Beds; 42 flat panel TV with several channels and all HD programs; did not hear noise from neighboring rooms except occassional water running. BAD - Fitted bed sheet was very tight and would occassionally slip off; Hallway noise easily hear through the door; the closet shelf was broken but was repaired the next day; ee had 4 people in our room but only provided 3 sets of towels for the first 2 days (then received 5 sets for the remaining 4 days). THE HOTEL AMENITIES. GOOD - The whirlpool and swimming pool (open to 11 pm) were great after a day of sight seeing; the gym and sauna were available 24 hours; fresh apples and cold water were available in the gym; access to the Metro was convenient. BAD - The business center expensive to use but online airline check-in was available for free at the front desk.

It was great, rooms clean and attractive, location was excellent. Other guests were too noisy and active. The hotel was great except for the noisy and way to active 5 or 6 families that we were located between in the rooms around us. Too much noise, running and slamming of doors late at night.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway and were extremely impressed. Check in was incredibly simple and the rooms were impressive. The entire hotel was spotless and the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Our room was very quiet and the beds are incredibly comfortable. We've stayed in many hotels right in DC but having the Metro downstairs was just as convenient.

Great location but noisy. Overall it was a good stay. Nice rooms comfortable beds on the plus very noisy though. Our room was one with the door that could open up to the ajoining room. It was like it was not there as we could hear the phone ring and the TV when it came on as the sound was loud on the TV when turned on. Also they had lots of high school field trips booked in the hotel and they did not monitor the halls at all so had kids running in the hall. Food very expensive and business center charged by the minute. That said there is a underground walk to the metro just minutes from the hotel. The underground walk also lead to a few shopping areas but they are only open during the day.If you need quite be sure to mention it at the desk when checking. For the money and the location I would stay again but would ask for a quite floor.

The Crystal City Marriott at Reagan National Airport was a perfect choice for us. We were in town over the July 4th weekend and wanted a nice place close to a Metro stop in a reasonable price range. Indeed, we received all three. Check-in was seamless and the beds were as comfortable as advertised. The close proximity to the Metro is a wonderful selling point because it takes less than 15 minutes to get to the main attractions of D.C. We also found many good restaurants just a couple of blocks away.

Great service. They upgraded us to the executive suite. Nothing. My husband and I went there before we left the next day. Upgraded us to the executive suite. Very nice and beautiful decor! I definitely recommend this place.

Very friendly and helpful personnel at front desk. Hotel Restaurant personnel also very friendly and helpful. We were very satisfied with the prompt room service. Food quality was excellent, just a little pricey with most items (especially breakfast items). The Hotel Lounge was quite and relaxing, but also a bit pricey! Hotel shuttle to and from airport running every 15 minutes was prompt and appreciated. Overall we enjoyed our stay, we were extremely satisfied with this Hotel and would not hesitate to return.

This was a wonderful, clean and comfortable hotel. We loved the underground access to shops and the metro. What we missed were free wireless internet and breakfast. if you don't need those two things, then this is a great place to stay.

Staff was exceptionally friendly. One Metro stop from the Reagan National Airport, this hotel is an exceptional value. Rooms are large, and the furnishings are luxurious.

Very impressed with the Marriott Crystal City. Superb staff and customer service; the room and bathroom were immaculate. We arrived before noon and our room was ready! I highly recommend this hotel.

Check in went quick. we asked for a rollaway and it was there in minutes. We got a large suite, too. The Metro is right at the property which was so convenient as we did not rent a car. The staff was very friendly.

Plastic bags that one could use to recycle cans, mixed paper and glass were provided in the rooms. Comfortable, convenient to the Metro and locations in Crystal City.

The metro line runs below the hotel making it convenient to get in/out of DC without having to worry about parking. It was an excellent experience, and we'll definitely be back!

Friendly staff. Later start airport shutlle than other nearby hotels. Great location near airport. Super clean rooms and facilities, very friendly staff- decent restaurant(somewhat limited room service). Airport shuttle starts later than other nearby hotels- but there was a super clean pseudo-taxi available out front at 5am.

Extremely comfortable bed! They charged for internet and the restaurant was expensive.

Great business location. Not a good location for handicaped people and lots of stairs to get to location from the Metro.
