My wife and I wanted to see Celtic Woman at the Memorial Auditorim, and the hotel was only 5 miles away. We had our choice of differant foods, as the Crabtree Mall is just accross the street. The pool was very relaxing, and they had a great fitness center! After the day we relaxed at the Sports Bar, only wish they had a little better entertainment. I really would reccomend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in the middle of everything and wants a very relaxing and super friendly atmosphere!

Easy access to pool and lobby. In general we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The hotel was neat and clean. The pool area was clean; however, being that it was located by the parking lot it didn't really have a lot of appeal.

Fast check-in, they made arrangements for my check-out. Very cordial

Clean, convenient, and friendly. They charge for in room internet access; you have to use a cable, not wireless. The hotel was very convenient to the Interstate and the Airport. It was clean, the services and pool/exercise areas were easy to navigate, and my stay was very pleasant. The only negative is that they charge daily for in-room internet access, and you have to plug your laptop into a cable, and disable your wireless, so it is not business friendly.

The room was great, it was very clean, well decorated and the bed was awesome. Many pillows, which I love.

The 12.95 internet fee. Could've been included in room rate.

This hotel has a great location. There is a nice mall with good places to eat (Cheesecake Factory) across the street. The walls are thin in the rooms. You can hear the other rooms TV and all noise from the Hallway.

The staff was on the ball. No free wireless connection for the hotel rooms.

The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable and inviting. Our room was clean and the toiletry items were of a higher quality. The indoor and outdoor pools were large, but unheated. I would recommend this hotel.

Quiet hotel. Poor location, parking, bland boring hotel. Don't stay here. Not worth the cost. Poor location across the street from the mall with far to go for parking. Going to drive up front you take your chances getting stuck waiting for others to move.

The ambiance of the lobby and room. Could only get free internet in the lobby. Parking lot is dark at night. Excellent! Would definitely stay again.

Location, room decor and cleanliness. Great hotel and I have been there several times.

Friendly service. The only sleeping arrangements are kings and 2 doubles which doesn't accommodate our family. 2 Queens work and that is not an option. The accommodations are adequate, but we stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott just across the street and the accommodations were nicer.

Restaurant and shuttle service security. Rooms and bathrooms were very small.

Updated, comfortable bed. Lobby is ugly, parking not very convenient.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accomadating.
