i stayed here at this hotel for 3 nights - going to a wedding. my room was filthy - stains on carpet and bed linens. my door was broken and my coffee pot in the room didn't work. the food at the wedding was quite delicious, even though this hotel is poorly run and basically dirty. the front desk staff - one girl in particular - was rude upon check-in...she was in the middle of a disagreement with another customer checking out! i would not recommend this place at all.

The view. It was not geared to the business traveler and that was not clear in the description. Room was very clean, was geared toward families. Difficult for business travel.

Outstanding Service! They justfinished a renovation and it looks great! Service and Product are my two hot buttons as I travel more than 80 nights a year. This is the hotel I prefer to stay in when doing business in South Florida!

Beautiful landscaping & interior spaces, very clean. The lobby was a grand vaulted space with a glass elevator and a waterfall wall separating it from the entry. The staff was very courteous and helpful about local stores and restaurants.

Upon turning into the entrance way, it was clear that the weekend was going to be a wonderful experience. Beautifully landscaped, quick and friendly check-in, attractive lobby. Our 5th floor room was very nice and well appointed.

Nothing, noisy, dirty and rude staff. Mold, promises broken and rudestaff. Would never stay there again, mold in bathroom, staff was rude, TV set with a buzz never fixed, bad stay hotel design with center bar and lobby, all noisy through room doors all night--screaming and yelling bad stay.

The bedding and bed was comfortable, clean and inviting! Hotel was comfortable, safe and clean. Location to Ft Lauderdale airport was a little bit further than anticipated but easy to get to. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Would stay there again.

The decor, golf course view & sidewalks. Lobby noise carried up to room through the atrium. The hotel was attractively decorated. The lobby was spacious, with a nice waterfall and a an atrium that went to the roof-top. The only drawback to the atrium was that the lobby noise carried up to the rooms, so the room was not quiet until around 11:00 PM. The hotel was located on a great golf course, and there were also sidewalks which were great for taking a walk into a beautiful residential neighborhood, and to a very nice strip-mall type shopping center.

Linens, bathroom & TV. Wireless internet was not included with the room. The hotel is wonderful however I do not understand how an upscale hotel can charge extra for wireless service when lesser hotels include the cost of wireless.

The front desk staff is knowledgeable about the area and always has an excellent map to get you there. Room service seemed hurried, annoyed, and the order was not right. This is our third stay at this hotel. The staff is always friendly and helpful with everything we need. My only disappointment this time was with room service. They seemed hurried and annoyed on the phone. Although, I did have to call twice to get an answer. So, they probably were busy. Part of our order was wrong, but we ate what came as we were hungry, it was 9:30pm and it wasn't anything we didn't like.

The hotel was very clean and we liked the location how it was not right on a busy thoroughfare. The swimming pool was closed for renovations which wasn't a huge deal but the kids were bummed. We had a great time at this hotel and it worked well for us as we went to the Orange Bowl and the travel time and traffic was not bad at all.

Nice, clean best I have found in this area. No frig in room. This is a nice place to stay. Very clean comfortable beds. Great breakfast buffet. Staff is very friendly.

Convenient location to coral springs sports pled. They were paving the parking lot for all 4 days and kept redirecting us around the tar and our cars had to be parked very far away. We were told not to worry when we checked in and then we still had to call about getting our room cleaned and re-check in at the desk for the days that were added. After the maid obviously skipped our room, we asked her if she had our room listed to clean and she curtly replied yes with a look of "what's your problem". That was 3:00 in the afternoon. The team members that made their reservations direct did not deal with these problems.

Accommodating, friendly, professional. Loud music in pool area. I would consider returning.
