It was noisy with doors opening and closing all the time. I paid extra to stay on the "concierge" level which was supposed to have a great view, but I got the parking lot. I don't know what the concierge lounge was, but kids were going in and out of it. The thing that really got me was that I signed up for Marriott rewards, but because my reservations were made through an online service, I got NADA, nothing, zilch . . . what a colossal wasted of time, signing up for rewards that are not rewarded because of some fine-print, nobody-is-told-about rule.

2 pools and 2 whirlpools. Charged us for movies we didn't purchase. My husband and stayed the weekend in Colorado Springs. We were very stunned when we entered through the doors of this place! Really nice (especially for the price we paid)! The bed was plush and extremely comfortable, nice and clean room with flat screen TV and Bath and Body works toiletries! wonderful place to stay. We were very happy!

We came for our daughter's graduation but it was also a weekend get away for us. The room was beautiful and had a great view but coming off the elevator and going down the filthy hallways each time was just horrible. The room was clean, the bed fantastic, staff cordial, and the lobby well appointed. How sad that we felt so dirty walking out of our door and stepping off the elevator.

I was very pleased to see that this hotel, which used to be a Wyndahm, had converted to a Marriott Hotel. The renovation is beautiful and the staff was extra accommodating. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Colorado Springs!

We liked the hotels atmosphere and their customer service. The only problem we saw (I do mean saw) was a rat in the fitness area. My husband was doing laundry and saw a rat run past one of the machienes in the fitness room. The staff was on this immediately. Our rooms were nicely done and the food was good. The beds were comfortable and the staff was nice. We would reccomend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Colorado Springs.

"Pool, hot tub and sauna CLOSED. Hotel is under construction and 4 floors closed as well as lobby for renovation. Due to floors closed when fully booked you will be sent to a different hotel. This has been my favorite hotel and stayed countless times in the past 4 years. Very safe and comfortable "

This Marriott was exceptional. Our rooms were beautiful, very comfortable beds. Staff was very helpful - even printed out a map for us to get to our restaurant. Would definitely recommend and stay there a again.

Wonderful beds, friendly staff, prompt service, good location to Interstate. Can't think of anything. Very upscale with clean, comfortable lobby. Had a convention while we were there without interruption to regular service. Beds were so comfortable. All the amenities.

"The room: worn out carpet that should have been replaced 2 years ago, furniture that doesn?t fit the room, cracked sink, no fridge, no microwave, and no local weather channel. Plus: pay extra for internet kiosk($10), bottled water($5), and breakfast($15)! What a deal! Typical discount chains are 3 times better and 1/3 the standard price. The only positives: the general staff were cheerful and available. The problems can only be fixed by management/corporate. It?s a shame because this hotel has the potential to be so much.Our stay was disappointing at best."

We were very comfortable. The room was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. The bed was soft and we slept very well.The restaurant staff were friendly and the food was delicious. We had dinner there one night and the breakfast buffet each morning. The location was excellent for seeing all of the tourist attractions in the area.

Beautiful property and room decor, convenient, felt like I was on vacation! The front desk was very approachable and helpful. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The lobby was formal but still comfortable enough for my 5 year old to run through. We would definitely stay here in the future.
