The hotel was good and location good. The only problem was we were next to the elevator and ice machine and it was very noisy when trying to sleep.

This hotel is very well kept, the room was spotless and the beds VERY comfy with clean crisp sheets. We would stay again. The only problem we had, we booked an exc. level room w/use of the consig. lounge and the lounge is not open on the weekends. We had paid extra for this perk.

The location was fantastic! The amenities were excellent! Great gym and pool. Internet service $10 a day in room! Great place but needed to do work and had to go to business center instead of staying in the wonderful rooms! Courtyard was beautiful! Hotel was beautiful!

Beautiful lobby and common spaces. Shower door fell off. The hotel was located a short, easy drive from downtown. The rooms were beautifully appointed, if a tad small. Nice granite counter tops and updated bathroom (except for shower door mishap, see above). Good bed with upscale linens and towels. Helpful front desk people. Parking lot needs resurfacing.

Excellent, friendly and very helpful staff. There was not much we did not like about this hotel. This was the first time we ever used Priceline to find a hotel, so I admit I was a little nervous; however, I was exceptionally pleased. The staff was absolutely wonderful and we loved how nice the room was and all the extras like the pool, exercise room and the terrace. It was also nice and quiet and my husband and 2 children were also very happy with the hotel and our stay as well. There was also a good view from the room (we were on the 11th floor). The many places to go around the hotel to sit and relax were also wonderful. The hotel also provides a shuttle to take you downtown.

The hotel was great! The beds were very comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and loved the pizzas. After dinner, we went to the roof top bar, where they had a guy playing guitar and singing. Overall, we had a great time at this hotel!

For the location and what we needed it for was perfect. The wall water pipe from the bathroom made a loud clunk noise, no just our use but from use from another room. I was pleased with the service and the convenience of early room service.
