Reserved a King size pillow top bed....given standard room with no explanation, no reduction in price. From the looks of the hotel parking lot they sure weren't sold out. Front Desk clerk at check in, she was rude about it. Very disappointed. I thought this was a top notch Hotel, proved to not be. I'll stay elsewhere next time. What was it, hook the traveler with the deluxe room and then stick them with the lesser? Or are those rooms reserved for the golfers?

wow....i just spent a few days at this hotel while traveling on business. normally when in dallas, i stay at the four seasons in las colinas. doral tesoro hotel & golf club is a wonderful place to stay. the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious, & the heavenly beds are the best.this would be a wonderful place to go for a weekend to golf and swim. the food was excellent all around.i did not play golf, but spoke with several golfers who said the course was in excellent shape.i would definitely stay at doral tesoro again

This is a nice hotel with big wide open spaces outside, including a gorgeous pool area and golf course. The rooms are big, with a comfy chair and desk for work, plus free high-speed Internet. The bathroom is also big, but could have used a little grout-work in the shower. Its a great value for the money, but note that unless you are going to the Texas Motor Speedway, its not particularly close to anything.

golf course was closed down and the bath drained slow the bottles of water in the fridge were both already opened other than that for 129. a night with free breakfast I guess If you dont mind the far drive from evrything it was Ok!

It was an attractive hotel. The service at the restaurant was poor. My wife and I went to this hotel for a brief get-away. The hotel was clean and attractive, but I question if it really was a 4-star hotel. It just wasn't quite as nice as we'd expect from a 4 star hotel. The rooms were nice and spacious and the staff was friendly and accommodating for the most part. The restaurant food was good but we had really slow, I mean painfully slow, service. The proximity to Texas Motor Speedway was a plus, since we took advantage of the hourly tours of the Speedway, which was really fun.

The customer service was superb. Parking lot kind of dark at night. The front desk was wonderful. He saw me coming in with my suitcase, got the elevator for me, and pushed the button for the correct floor. Room service, and breakfast was with mixed results. The fruit bowl was excellent however the potatoes with the breakfast sandwich tasted almost raw. As with any room service it was also over priced.

We loved the bedding and bed! What comfort! The road entrance is confusing at night; parking poorly lit. The decor is marvelous - the beds are so comfortable I had trouble waking up!

This hotel was very well layed out, it was very spacious and clean and front desk service was excellent. Charged for internet service. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, despite the loud party going on while checking in (which my desk clerk acknowledged and apologized for), it was exceptionally quiet in my room and this was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in in a hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

I really liked the view when walking into the hotel. I was very impressed with this hotel. The only thing I would have preferred was an indoor pool. The surrounding golf course was well taken care of and provided a very beautiful view. The staff was friendly and highway access was very close.

Front desk staff was excellent. Internet access at $10 per day - ridiculous. Wonderful views out of huge picture window. Very friendly and informative staff.
