The most comfortable beds in the world. Expensive parking. Excellent location, nice and clean rooms.

Great location downtown, although at a busy intersection. The bed was so comfortable and great to come "home" to after walking out in -25c degrees. Starbucks in loby, for added morning perk a plus. Vallet parking pretty expencive and nearby coin operated lots inconvienient. If the price is right, we would come back in a heart beat!

The only problem was that the lounge took over 45 minutes to get our hamburgers ready and they were less than appealing, when they said it would be 10 minutes or so. We ended up waiting too long and they messed up the order and made us come down from our room to have it corrected. That doesn't sit well with me but the hotel was very nice.

Comfy bed with lots of pillow, big TV and excellent room service. Excellent and would recommend this hotel to anyone. Bed was comfy with lots of pillows, TV was huge with lots of computer and gaming plug ins, room service was above and beyond. Cleanliness was neat as a pin. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

staff not accomodatinng to us, no air-conditioning and no allowance for this, changed type of room, holes in bedspread, water behind toilet, carpet wet under sink, no washclothes in either room, broken pack and play finally delivered to room, security in question in parking lot with rental of parkinng spaces. This is the worse we have ever been treated at a motel.

Location, valet parking, bed, restaurant, staff was friendly and very helpful. Bathtub could have been a little deeper and more updated. Staff was excellent and extremely helpful, bed was very comfy, clean clean clean! Lobby was beautiful and services offered were appropriate and of good quality.

Fresh decor, HDTV, and lots of in room features for tech savvy travelers. Amenities in DT Calgary are pricey. Valet at $35/night. Updated rooms, fresh decor, great in hotel dining/drinking options, and a central location make this a great option to explore DT Calgary and the Stephen ville area. Close to restaurants, and plenty of amenities mean I'll stay again on my next trip.

Good Location. Neat and clean. The Concierge was never available. The valet was not cordial. Staff needs to be friendlier and more helpful.

The downtown location was excellent and the priceline cost was great! There was no TV channel guide. Great hotel with an excellent downtown location. Friendly service.

Great beds. Parking was very inconvenient and had to drive multiple blocks. Nice facilities, great beds, clean rooms but nothing luxurious. Parking was very unpleasant, expensive during the week ($30/day) and you have to drive 5 blocks because of one way streets.

Great valet staff. Concierge room was not open on weekends.
