This is a very nice hotel in a great location..the staff was very accomodating and friendly. The only negatives were the small pool and the nightly charge for parking.

The laundry room was clean and close to my room. Could hear noisy guests in the hallway outside our room.

This hotel is very close to the CU campus, restaurants, and shops in town, and has a staff on par with Ritz-Carlton service. Any hotel that give me free Starbucks hot chocolate in the lobby is a fine hotel in my book. The rooms and lobby are well-appointed and well-kept. The only negative is that the construction wasn't such that walls between rooms are soundproof.

The staff were very nice and extremely professional. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. The hotel is is in a great location next to nice shops, restaurants and an excellent health food store. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was clean. The fitness center was too small and cramped w/only 3 people working out, so plan to exercise in the beautiful outdoors--as scenic walking/running/hiking trails are very close by. Minor thing---a robe would have been nice in the room and there was only a garbage can in the bathroom. Minor issues--overall a great hotel.

My daughter and I stayed there the weekend before Thanksgiving. We loved the location. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. We were allowed to check in VERY early and when I realized there was a mix up and we had a King bed instead of 2 Queens they took care of it right away. The linens were extra comfy with great down comforters on the beds. You can even have a fridge delivered to your room if you need it. Which we did to hold some snacks and bottled water. It was refreshing to have bottled water and apples left out for guests in the lobby. Very nice touch! Our stay included breakfast for two both mornings. Great selection to choose from plus a chef who made custom omelets. It was a great experience all around since this was our very first trip to Boulder.

I have stayed at many hotels, but the service and courteous staff at this hotel is unmatched. Nice rooms, lovely views and attentive staff.

Very accomodating. Comfortable, clean room. Kids loved the pool, which was a little small but certainly functional for 3 and 6 year olds. Everyone was very friendly. Great location, walking or biking distance to a lot of things. Definitely recommend staying there with kids, get the room with the pull out couch.

No free internet in the room. Good hotel, but they need to offer free internet access in the room instead of charging $12 per day.

Hotel staff very friendly & helpful. No valet service. Hotel was very nice & front desk very friendly. Gave us a room with beautiful view of mountains. Room was very nice, large & clean. Only small complaint we had lot of luggage from traveling all week and they did not offer valet service. They did have valet carts at front door to use yourself.

Clean, nice beds and bedding, upgraded decorating and finishes, and the windows open for fresh natural air! Extra charge for garage parking and the turn in and out is tricky.

Staff was great and rooms were very clean and the hotel was walking distance to many of Boulder's offerings.

Quiet room. Free parking. No attention to detail. They failed to honor my wake-up call request. I received newspaper at my door only one of the three mornings. The bartender was ill-mannered and poorly trained.

The staff was very friendly - and very kid-friendly! My son and I stayed at this hotel for a Mother's Day treat. When we arrived, the front desk staff were all very welcoming and friendly. They were great with my 7 year old - who was tired from the car trip. We were quickly checked in and were off to our room. From there, we headed to the restaurant for a snack. Again, we were met with friendly service to go along with the great food. The pool (my son's real reason for travel) was great - we both had fun! Overall, the super service and the luxurious atmosphere made for a very special weekend for both me and my son on Mother's Day.
