Very kind staff. Breakfast buffet was good. Loved the fact that just steps from the door, you could hop on the T (subway) and get anywhere you wanted in the city.

Large and cleanly bathroom. Price for daily parking. Excellent hotel located directly across from an entrance on the red line of the Boston T.

Nothing about this hotel was likeable after I was informed about the parking fee. If Priceline really cared about there customers they wouldn't stick it to them the way they did to me. I called your customer relations people and they could care less about customer relations!I don't know how you stay in business screwing people the way you do and then making excuses to cover up! Also how about getting some Americans in customer relations to talk to us Americans!

Very great hotel! I enjoy the city over view and all the facilities in the hotel! Very excellent!

Convenient, clean, good location, comfortable. The gym was too small, equipment that the best.

When we checked in, our room was a king bedroom. It was a bit too small for 2 children and 2 adults, so I asked the check-in staff to see if they could change our room to be 2 double bedroom instead. They took care of it right away without any difficulties. I liked the bathroom was separate from the vanity area. Convenient location, but not enough restaurants around there....

One of the best Marriott hotels we have ever stayed at. Bar/lounge could use more personal employees.

This is a very family and business friendly hotel. It's right on the subway and close to medical, educational, and entertainment only a few subway stops away. The room was excellent and the food was great.

I have stayed there for a pleasure visit to Boston. I did not have a car, so the location of the hotel was perfect for me; right next to the subway station. Neighborhood was nice, except there are few places to eat. But, you can always use subway to go Harvard square and other places. I have enjoyed my stay, and recommend this hotel to everyone.

Cleanliness, professional staff, andexcellent location. Excellent hotel, a little bit pricey but definitely one of the best hotels in Boston. The view of the Charles river is amazing.

The Marriott Cambridge is conveniently located to several area colleges/universities. I liked having a Starbucks in the lobby and the concierge staff and food were outstanding. I was disappointed that there was no computer access in the concierge lounge and the business center rates were expensive for little time and there was no way to lengthen the computer use I was paying for so I found myself disconnected midstream - not once but twice. Not sure why the hotel rate is so expensive when there are very few perks like an airport shuttle.

Beautiful rooftop garden, perfect for relaxing. Too much light coming under the door at night.

Very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location a bit off action spots. Liked it very much. Very clean and plenty of room. Nice view.

Right next to the T-station, nice size room. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room was a nice size. King size bed with a small couch and table. There was even a place to put a pack and play for our son. We came into town for my class reunion at Harvard and this was a perfect hotel for our overnight stay. It was only 2 T stops away and only a 5 minute drive from the Harvard campus. There is a pool the kids. On the same floor as the pool there is also a wonderful garden.

Hotel readily fulfilled my request for double room. Parking was extremely expensive. For anyone with a fear of heights, this hotel might present somewhat of a problem: there are 20-some stories, and the rooms have full-length plate glass window-walls forming one corner of the room that looks out over Boston and Cambridge. The beds are rather soft, with an odd combination of pillows--large square ones you would not use under your head, and then very small ones for sleeping that vary significantly in firmness (one was exceptionally soft, the other uncomfortably hard). We did not spend much time in the hotel, arriving late at night and checking out the next morning, so we had no time to sample amenities, but there was a Starbucks in the lobby and a T-stop in the courtyard. Also there were large carafes/urns of iced water--one with lemons, the other with cucumbers--in the lobby right next to the elevators, which I appreciated. We had little interaction with staff, but all that we encountered were pleasant.
