Good location, good price. Parking is a disaster. Older Marriott property but still in good shape. Parking is a zoo and wraps around building making for a long walk no matter where you can actually find a space. Quality for a 3.5 star though.

Right next to the highway, high quality dining at the hotel(although I prefer the SHORT walk next door to Fridays!), and everything else you could want a stones throw away.

"My husband & I were in Duluth for a Third Day concert & stayed at this hotel. I was very impressed with how clean everything was & how friendly the staff was.Not much of a variety of places to eat close to the hotel, but the mall across the street has some fast food places. Hated the Atlanta traffic, but really liked this hotel. We have stayed at the crown plaza in St. Louis for a much higher price than this hotel & it wasn't nearly as nice or clean. Will stay at the Gwinett Marriott again, if I find myself in Atlanta again."

This hotel was a great value! Our kids loved the indoor / outdoor pool. The room was very nicely decorated & the beds & pillows were super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again & would highly recommend it.

Honored specific room request, great common facilities. Room was not cleaned during 1 day of stay, failure to respond to subsequent request for cleaning. Overall it was a nice hotel with great convenience to local establishments in the area. I was, however, totally disappointed with the hotel's failure to clean the room during one of the days, even after it was reported and I was told that the room would be cleaned. At a minimum, I would have liked to have received clean towels, which was not honored.

Front desk personnel was AMAZING! We loved EVERYTHING! For anyone staying at this hotel, I would recommend speaking with front desk. She puts a whole new meaning to customer service and hotel staff. She helped us with special requests and accommodations. She was AMAZING!
