Our room was large, had dark curtains to stop the morning sun and let us sleep late. In the morning we went to the restaurant for breakfast and had very fast service. It is located across the new Uptown Albuquerque mall with plenty of stores.

Clean and comfortable. No noise from neighbors that kept us awake. The pool(s) were jam packed with older teenagers and adults. I didn't think it would be safe to put my young kids in. Excellent place to stay. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Nice workout room with lots of equipment and cold bottled water.

There are more luxurious places to stay if you're looking for a santa fe or spa sort of vacation, but i have not found a nicer room (especially at this rate) in albuquerque yet. nice staff, clean rooms, wonderful beds, big flat screen tv.....i kind of never wanted to leave. this was my second time staying at this hotel, and it's definatley the one i'm returning to every time i need to go back!

Location. Customer service was poor.

Hotel was very clean and hospitable. I've stayed in a Marriott in the Austin area before and found that to be a enjoyable and comfortable stay. The Marriott in Albq. was very comparable to the one I stayed in before so I was pleased to find out it was what I expected. The rooms are very "cozy" and welcoming if you are expecting a comfortable stay. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the noise level from the adjacent room. There was a connecting door and the early morning and late night conversations from next door seemed to just "seep" through the slits of the doorway which either kept me up at night or woke me up early in the morning. Also, I noticed that on our second day there our noisy neighbors had checked out. We were relieved that there was a good chance that room would not be occupied since it was a slow Sunday night and the hotel seemed to be pretty empty. Unfortunately, the room was occupied later that night by new guests and I wondered how out of all the apparent vacant rooms in the hotel, why the one next door to us was given to these new guests! We were originally given a room with no adjoining door but unfortunately it only had one king bed and we needed two beds. I was starting to regret having given up that room since there was the possibility that it may have turned out to be a quieter room.

The rooms are quite small. The hotel has been recently remodeled, as a result, is what you might expect from this chain. The bed, with high quality bedding and down-type pillows, was the best part. The worst part was the size of the room. There was barely enough room for the furniture and a walkway. Overall I was pleased. I was, however, disappointed to find $1.00 charges for local calls and an activation fee for wireless internet. Also, the hotel charges for a newspaper, but doesn't deliver any.

The rooms were beautiful but the mold was overwhelming. They took us to four differenct rooms on four different floors with no difference. The staff experienced the same smell.

Super friendly and efficient staff. Lobby was far too noisy with bar right next to it. A great hotel in a great location and freeway close. Our first room was right next to the elevator and we were given a new room with no hassle within 5 minutes. The staff was all very friendly and efficient. The indoor/outdoor pool was a great way to start the day. Would definitely stay here again.

I all over the world and understand that good help is hard to find-- but the cleaning of the rooms, rudeness of staff, and a general overall attitiude of indifference and rudeness seriously challenged me. Save your money and stay somewhere else. Management tried but needs ALOT of new help.

The location was great. The staff was wonderful. The room was quiet and clean. My only problem was the comfort of the bed. It was not bad, but I have experienced better. The hotel should have gave me a discount on the stay for the false alarm.

I was impressed with hotel stayed one night and then traveled north when I came back to Albuquerque stayed three more nights- loved breakfast, with made to order omelets!

The staff was excellent and attentive to our needs. Construction was underway -- just a little inconvenient. The staff could not be more accommodating to our needs. We had a slight problem with our initial room, due to some construction issues (no water to room). They immediately sent us to another room and offered us upgrades, free breakfast, trip to concierge lounge. Top notch staff and very clean rooms.

This Marriot was just perfect. The rooms are all recently remodeled and very clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were quiet....we didn't hear any other guests while in our room. The indoor/outdoor pool provided fun for the kids as well!

The staffs are friendly. It was very noise during the first night, a few of the ice machine not working, all the lifts not working, cigarettes smell on the staircases. All the 4 lifts were not working and there was no notice indicating that they were repairing the lifts. We have to wait for very long time then decided to call the front desk then they sent a lift up. We stayed on the 16th floor, we have to go all the way down to 12th floor in order to get ice. The staircases are full of cigarette butts and the smell is so terrible.

the hotel was great room the bed was wonderful..room was already cool when we went in so didnt have to wait for it to cool down.. there was some remodeling going on but nothing to interfere with our rest or fun..easy to find from I 40

Convenient to shopping. Very clean; renovations in process. Renovations caused some inconvenience for obtaining ice / vending items. We would highly recommend this hotel. We found it to be very clean and comfortable. The rooms are nicely decorated (a little on the small side); bathroom was large. Availability of coffee and tea in the morning was more than adequate (special touches like flavorings and cinnamon sticks). Friendly staff.

The bed was comfortable. The carpet needs replacement. It had a nice view of the mountains and the bed was comfy.

Nothing This was a filthy hotel. There was blood on the wall in the bathroom There were strange black hairs all over the sheets. I looked un-kept and cheap. I could have stayed elsewhere for less money and had a better experience.

Very clean and very beautiful. The restaurant's food is veery bad! I loved my stay, except for the food.
