Usually, my experience is good. However, as I booked my hotel stay through Orbitz, they couldn't find my reservation when I got there & refused to let me into the hotel until I paid again. It was my wedding/honeymoon, so I was not happy about this. Other than that, their hot tub is dirty & their maid staff is rude. Aside from those things, I have loved my stays at this hotel. So I guess I'm mixed at this point.

The front desk staff were great andhotel room was excellent.

Worst experience ever... very slow check in procedure, front desk staff was busy in their own conversation. Room was dirty, bed sheet had stains all over, towels were not even dry and had fowl smell. We went downstairs to the bar.. Bartenders were very rude and didn't know their menu at all. They were like vending machines.. no knowledge. I also noticed the G.M of the hotel standing their for his coffee, hehad G.M name batch.. he should be smiling and making eye contact to his guest... Now I know where the inspiration for bad attitude coming from in the staff. Food was O.K. I sty at the Marriott hotels only in U.S IT WAS MY FIRST TIME IN CANADA and I was very disappointed. I wrote a letter to Marriott headquarter in D.C about it and may be the General manager need to go for demotivating the staff to the extent that it is quite visible. I don't suggest anyone to go there. Stay at the Courtyard next door, which I did aFTER MY 2 DAYS of horrible stay. I think Jeff Waters was the name of the incompetent G,M over there.

My debit card was accepted but when my daughter was going to use hers they told her they do not accept debit cards. All the agents don't seem to be on same page.

Was initially put in a small room that did not match orbitz description. Had to coomplain to the manager to get moved

It was close to the airport. Due to flight problems, I didn't arrive until nearly midnight and left at 9:30 the next morning. Needless to say, I didn't get to see much of the place, so I don't feel qualified to say much other than the room was nice.

Expected to get a reasonable room but, to my biggest disappointment, I was given the worst room that had not been vacuumed or opened for months/years. Room was very dusty and caused my allergy to strike. It was also very small with a very uncomfortable bed, and a very ugly faded carpet. I asked the front desk for a different room, and after an hour, they took me to a different floor but the same kind of room with the only difference that the second room was sprayed with air freshener to cover up the smell of the dust. Will never go back or recommend it to anyone.

The location is very close to the airport. The room was clean and the beds were up to Marriott standards with a good working desk. The staff was accommodating for a late check out when my early afternoon flight was cancelled. The downside was that my room was close to the elevator on an upper floor. Hallway noise was very loud. Could also hear upstairs activity most of the night. It quieted down around midnight and started back up around 5:00. If you stay at this hotel, request a room away from the elevators.

Convenient to airport. Cost for self parking was way too high. Convenient to airport. Charge $18.00 to self-park - too high.

Everyone treated us very well with true friendliness. The hotel was in a great location for everything and the highways were close enough to be convenient.

The hotel staff are warm and friendly... doorman helped with luggage and cabs... the wait staff in the restaurant was VERY accomodating and positive in their attitude and presentation was prompt. Marriott's beds are the best as is the bedding and amenities. This is a great location for business but if going into the city it is a bit far out... Depending on the Canadian dollar it is a good value...

We were able to check in in the morning rather than 4pm. The staff was very helpful and gave us coupons for the place we were going. The pool was great for the kids. Next time we are in town we will stay here again, the price was great for the room.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The beds were too narrow, the AC was not OK although I changed the room but the room was still warm.

Bedding quality, restaurant, location. Polished marble flooring in bathroom caused very slippery conditions. An overall gem. I have stayed here in the past and while it was alway good, the recent renovations have made this a superior choice.

Clean, comfortable, had variety store in lobby. No fridge. Parking and breakfast not included. I was really unhappy that internet was not included. Noisy small room next to ventilation vent. For a four star hotel I was very disappointed and think I will stick to 3 star hotels. All 3 star hotels I have stayed at included internet and parking and most of the time a continental breakfast. The only real up on this hotel was the bed - very comfortable. Something that all hotels need to do is upgrade their TV service that has more on screen detail. I miss my digital TV when I travel and have a hard time finding a station when in a different city so a digital on screen display would be a big plus.

Close to airport. Restaurant was a bit expensive, even for an airport hotel. Great room, pleasant stay. This isn't the hotel's fault, but the shuttle stop at the airport's terminal (T1) was poorly signed and difficult to find. But the drivers were kind and friendly on the trip to and from.

Newly renovated, clean and quiet. Nice staff, great spacious rooms and nice bath products.
