Very nice hotel. The shuttle picked us up from the airport. They also offer a free shuttle to a fine italian dining restaurant. It a pretty pricey but very good. The only complaint we had was the pool was very cold. It was a chilly summer night, but it was so cold the kids wouldn't get in. Overall very nice, friendly staff, good location from airport. We will stay again.

The lobby was pretty. The room was super small. It was okay. I'm glad I went through Priceline because if I had pay full price I would have been highly upset. But this is no reflexion on how I feel about Priceline. I absolutely love Priceline.

The hotel was good. The highlight was definitely the bar/restaurant. Great food and the waitress was willing to make anything we needed. All of our martini's were great. The pool was sad. The hot tub was closed and the whole thing just looked a bit let go. Didn't have a chance to use the fitness room but it was much larger than most at hotels. Looked good. Room was clean and good. Sheets had a small whole in it but other than that it was good. If you are looking to stay near the airport it's VERY close.

We had a great time at this hotel. Close to the Arch and other fun stuff to do. They had a resturant in the hotel which was great and 3 pools Awesome we will for sure return to this hotel.

Location. Long in the tooth. Old-style high-rise hotel with long corridors and expensive room service.

Very clean and pleasant property. Have stayed here several times and enjoyed the convenience of this location near the airport. The new bedding is super comfortable! Often a king bed isn't at other hotels.

We went for daughter's cheerleading competition just as ice storm was expected to move into St Louis. Room was nice, restaurant was mediocre, expensive, with terribly long wait for food, but very nice waitress. Pool was TINY, but my kids LOVED IT. Once the masses of screaming kids left the pool, my kids really enjoyed it. Before that, they loved swimming under the divider and outside to the outdoor section of the pool. Even in the ice storm and frigid temps, they loved being in the very quiet, very heated pool outside. We will stay again, but would LOVE queen beds instead of full size beds.

I definitely enjoyed the hotel. The Rock River Grill is an exquisite restaurant and very pleasing. The Marquis Tower rooms are cozy and displayed very nicely. I would give it 5 stars but the rooms could have been slightly bigger.

How unfortunate that an established chain like Marriott resorts to double charging guests for internet use and cannot manage to have the room attended before 4pm. I left my room after 3 hours of internet use at 5am. Upon my return at 4pm, the television(I had not watched) was on, the bed unmade, and no cleaning had been accomplished. No staff were in sight. Upon checkout I learned I had been charged for 48hrs of internet use. No resolution at the desk and little interest in such a poor customer service experience, I simply resolve to not stay at Marriott again.

Hotel was clean, convenient, but one could hear everything outside one's room.

Staff did not explain the parking procedure very well or where it would be best to park to be closest to room. The outdoor pool was very nice and our room had a door going out to the courtyard. The ice machine near our wing was broken and the vending machines were limited to 1 except for soda machines. Upon entering the room, it smelled musty and the towels and bedcovers with slightly damp and humid. We turned the air down all the way but it never got overly cold in room.

We had our grandchildren stay and swim with no problem from staff. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. When we sat out on patio it was comfortable. Water pressure from shower head - large size. Clean, comfortable rooms and patio and pool area. Nice exercise room, and restaurant was clean with good food choices. Staff was friendly and very helpful. All around good experience.

I travel to St Louis frequently and found this hotel the last time I was in town and it is now the ONLY place I'll stay. Room service food is excellent; beds are very comfortable; linens are exquisite!

rooms were extremely small; tried to upgrade but the upgrade was only 10 square feet bigger. the toilet to shower to bathroom basin distance is horrible considering its a Mariott. The ice machine didn't work 2 of the 3 nights. The elevators broke down twice while we were there. The overall maintenace was poor consider unsafe elevators (we were on the 6th floor... wanna walk 6 flights??) They "CHARGE" for parking... extra $9.00 a day. No safe in the room, no mini fridge.... no extras at all. The bed was comfortable though... Given a second chance, I would have gone to another hotel with larger room and safe/security.

Very comfortable beds. Bath and bedroom very small. Smallest bathroom I have ever seen. Small bedrooms. Comfortable bed. Older style TV. Average swimming pool. No internet in the room without paying.

Proximity to the airport and to Avis car rental was excellent. Check-in was seamless--very courteous front desk. Room was very nice, but not very clean: dirty windows inside and out, dust on furniture, and something that resembled a black smudge from a shoe on the bedding. The restaurant was closed, as "the house" was not very full. We were not told that in advance of going down for dinner. The Tavern had the same menu so that is where we dined. For the most part, the food at The Tavern was excellent; however, when one pays $25. for a medium rare rib eye steak al a carte, it should not come out medium well. The waiter had three tables to serve and never stopped long enough for us to tell him that the meal was not right. The service was so slow that we would not have asked for another steak anyway. We usually are very generous tippers, but our waiter that night was lucky we gave him anything. It was the last night of a perfect vacation, so maybe our expectations were set too high; however, past experience sets us up to enjoy excellence from the Marriott chain.

Easy access to airport. Wireless access not available in my room. Good hotel for the price I paid, but wireless internet was not available because the hotel puts out such a weak signal. I had to be sent to tech support for 20 minutes to find this out. Asked for a toothbrush that never arrived. Also, $9 a day to park which jumps to $12 a day when you leave the hotel. There is a $6 a day lot through the airport less than 1/2 mile away.

It was a wonderful experience. The shuttle was great to the airport.
