Hotel met and beat all expectations. Pool was small however it was par for Toronto. Beds were to soft but other family memebers enjoyed them.

Spacious room, friendly staff and close to TTC.

Desk staff were all friendly, decor simple and modern, loved the court yard outside, I'd always try to ask for a room with a view in this direction. You can walk to many great destinations, Queen Street, Chinatown, Front Street, the waterfront, and subway stops close by in every direction to get to Yorkville, Greektown and more. We rented bikes. Loved going to the Centre Island and Tommy Thompson State. Park, as well as the incredible bike trail from the lake up the Don Valley Parkway.

The room was not properly cleaned or set up at check-in. Missing room service book, missing complimentary coffee and tea materials, dirty bathroom - only the bed was made up. Poor front desk service. Room furniture, bathroom and decor really need updating.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean, great location. Room with two double beds was quite small. Hotel is in a great locationin Toronto, walking distance to many attractions, staff was very friendly, beds were very comfortable.

The hotel is a block from the Subway station and a block from Yonge Street. You can walk to a lot of the popular tourist places & if you're single and don't want to stay at a hotel where there are lots of kids, this is a good choice. The staff was friendly and efficient. Stay here and you won't regret it. I will definitely stay there again.

It felt like we were somewhere other than toronto as soon as we entered the lobby sorry nothing to tell! Five star all the way! This hotel made our trip unforgetable, it instantly made me feel like I was in a movie in other words your staff made everyone feel so welcome! Your rooms were like no other including the wonderful veiw and remarkable clean environment. Thanks again for making our trip memorable!

The Marriott Toronto hotel was very nice. Good location next to Eaton Shopping Center and to subway lines. Eggspectations on Yorke St. (east side of Eaton Center) is a great place and a great value for breakfast.

The front desk was very helpful. We had a clerk in training but everything went well. We needed more towels and they were delivered promptly. The ice machine was not working but once we notified the front desk they had a service man repairing it and they brought us a bag of ice. We really enjoyed are stay and would stay again if we ever go back to Toronto. We walked all over the area and never felt threatened or unsafe.

Clean and new furniture. They don’t have free Wi-Fi in room. Great hotel, a little bit expensive. They can do better by specially providing in room free Wi-Fi. All hotels has free Wi-Fi specially if its a 4 star hotel.

"Excellent Stay. Very quiet, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the cleaning staff was excellent.I could not recommend a hotel more highly!"

Very comfortable with an excellent location and a generally helpful, if somewhat businesslike, staff. As a senior concerned about falling, wish there was a bath mat in the tub. Very well managed hotel with a knowledgeable staff in a very convenient central location.

"This hotel staff was great! They helped us find good places to eat, gave advice on best travel or walking methods and is well located to many popular locations. The upscale restaurant was lovely, food was especially delicious and Ralph a charming and professional host. The breakfast buffet was bland, service nothing special and over-priced. Room and beds really comfy and clean. Weirdness with 3am fire alarm still a mystery, but all else a good memory."
