The first room I was given was on the side of the bus depot and was EXTREMELY noisy. I asked for another room and had to wait 2 hours for it and it was well after check in time. I ordered room service quite late (midnight) I called an hour and a half later asking where my food was and they said they delivered it to the wrong room. They then asked if I still wanted it, but it was cold!

easter breakhad an enjoyable easter break, hotel very close to town with plenty of shops. Enjoyed the spa and pool after a day shopping, altough was a little hot in the changing rooms. staff very good and friendly during stay. ate in the bar one evening food was quite nice. would stay here again, shopping heaven in liverpool one. Conveniant parking for hotel found a bit expenive at £12 a night. bit of a mix up with late rooms didnt pass info to hotel about prices we where paying for stay so where nearly over charged, marriot staff where happy to adjust to price we where first given and not the £40 over we nearly got charged, make sure you bring booking confirmation encase of any problems, it proves what price you where paying through late rooms. marroit very helpfull with the hick up, and we carried on our stay fine.. thanks.

I liked the location, bedroom and jacuzzi. Only 1 elevator was working. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Liverpool for the first time. It is in a central location and walking distance to the major sites. The hotel room was big, clean, and had a large bathroom. The bed was also very comfortable. We used the pool, sauna, jacuzzi & steam room. All were great and to a high standard. For a first-time visitor, I loved the city and the people are very friendly and lively. Overall, pleasantly surprised and would return again.

excellent location out of lime st station just cross the road.brilliant location for nite life good meal at ask ask behind hotel.we were extremely dissappointed to have booked a non-smoking room and were told on check in at 14:30 that there were non available.the smell was disgusting and was on my clothes on my return home the next day.I can't beleive that you still allow peple to smoke in the rooms.Everything else was brilliant but had we have known this we most definitely would not have stayed there.i feel that it spoilt our stay as non-smokers.

A comfortable hotel, with an excellent breakfast, but a bit pricey for what it is. The admin/reception side is absolutely chaotic. It took us a long time both to check in and to check out, and they were incapable of giving us a correct bill. In the end, they gave up and didn't bother to charge us for breakfast or newspapers, because it wasn't already on the system and they didn't know how to add it!

Great staff, great restaurant, comfy beds. TV was really small. This hotel is great. Its two blocks from the train station and in the heart of all of the action. Staff is great. Eat at the restaurant in the hotel, it was very delicious.

Rooms, staff, location. The location of this hotel is ideal for anyone visiting Liverpool, especially for a short time. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the rooms were beautifully appointed and cleanbeds were amazing! I would return without question.

The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a hotel. The door and window were thin, so we heard all sorts of noise. Despite the noisiness of the room, this hotel is in an excellent location and has super friendly staff and luxurious accommodations. The room service was even a good value for what you paid.

Central Location. Difficult to find. The rooms here were much larger than typical English hotels including other Marriott's. Unfortunately, I was given a room with two twin beds. I pushed them together. The location was right in the center of town.

Easy transport links. Very noisy location. Nice hotel, conveniently located but be warned that it will be noisy as the main bus station is directly opposite and Liverpudlians get leery and fight a lot on a weekend, not so cultured!

Friendly liver pudlian staff & close proximity to the lime street train station. No wireless internet. Perfect for anyone wanting to visit Liverpool in general or to go watch the famous Liverpool football club in action.

It was very close to the city center. Beds were really small. This hotel is just about 5-minutes walk from the City Center. However it was very quite and clean and also had a very helpful staff. It was also great that it is very close to the Lime Street station. I will definitely stay there again
