We flew in to Salt Lake City to watch the World Superbike competition at Miller Motorpark 30 minutes from Salt Lake City. We had a great stay at the Marriot City Center hotel, enjoyed the pool/jacuzzi and had a really good breakfast for a resonable price. Good staff and clean rooms!

We like the location, the friendliness of all the staff and the room service was prompt.

I have zero complaints about this hotel. It was the best experience I have had yet with a hotel. I will definately be staying there for my next trip to Salt Lake City. The service was amazing.

For being from a town where the Utah Jazz Fans are so rude, the hotel staff was just awesome. Enjoyed the stay.

The staff was very quick to get us situated and very informative. More than one Marriott in down town Salt Lake City.

Beautiful hotel with extremely helpful staff. Very convenient location to downtown restaurants and entertainment.

The hotel staff were exceptional. The doormen, the check-in staff and the dining room manager were very helpful and friendly. We stayed for three days and were treated like we were friends from day one.

Room was attractive, internet was free. Extra parking fee. Good location; however in-and-out from underground parking was a little confusing. Room was attractive. Lobby so-so.

We loved the Marriott's location, but couldn't enjoy the amenities on the concierge level. Concierge services weren't available at all from Friday evening through Sunday morning. We have not experienced that at other resorts or hotels. Upon arrival to our room, the key cards didn't work so an engineer took our cards, solved the problem, and returned about 5 minutes later. The room was average size, the bed and pillows were comfortable and everything was in working order. The only other downfall... there wasn't a mini-bar in the room at all and I was told you couldn't get one at all.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The lounge was nice. The lobby is small and underwhelming. The in-room movie system was not working properly and caused us to miss the end of our movie. The hotel is in an excellent location for access to downtown activities. The lobby is small and underwhelming, but very clean and well maintained. The check-in staff were professional, but did not offer any additional information regarding the hotel, such as the location of the restaurant or lounge. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel lounge was quite cozy, centered around a large fireplace. Service in the lounge was attentive. I would recommend this hotel as ideal for business travelers.

A group of friends and I went out for a night downtown and stayed at this hotel. Very centrally located to restaurants/nightclubs, etc. We could easily walk to all places we needed to go. Great value for the money!

Very clean and beautiful with all the amenities. Little pillows and you had to pay to park in the hotel parking overnight.

It was not what I expected of a Marriot it was no reflection of the same motel just around the corner. But I must say that maybe it was because it is very old. The one around the corner is quite new. The restruant was very very expensive which was expected but the choices on the menu were very limited. It needed more direction to finding various rooms etc. Parking garage was confusing.

The staff was fantastic! We truly felt like welcomed guests & missed everyone when we checked out. There was nothing what-so-ever that I didn't like. From the moment we entered & saw the luxurious entry way, furnishings & warm Christmas decorations we felt at home. We didn't like the first room & called down to the front desk. By the time I got there they quickly handed me a key to another room which was exactly to our satisfaction (wow, that was fast). We had a beautiful view of the ice skating rink & every tree within eye shot was covered in different colored Christmas lights. It was a dream! The hotel has a Starbucks in the lobby that opened at 6AM & was a great surprise back in our rooms while we got ready to start our day. The one time we ordered room service (breakfast) it arrived in less than 10 minutes! We stayed 6 days & were very comfortable.

It was very nice and upscale, everyone was impressed with where we were staying. There was two Marriotts intown, town and traffic was very confusing and stressful to get to the right hotel.

The customer service was outstanding. We arrived on Thanksgiving Day and our experience couldn't have been better. I was expecting the majority of the staff to act put out because of the Holiday, it was the complete opposite. Everyone was great.

Excellent location and attentive staff. Have to pay parking fee and no breakfast. Good, hotel, ideally located close to everything in downtown. Close to the Trax for getting around downtown for free. Friendly staff.

All hotel personnel I encountered were friendly and very helpful. Paying for parking. Everything expected and unexpected was wonderful. I would stay here again. Though I did not like paying for parking I opted for Valet as it was not a huge difference in price. It was so nice being able to drop my car at the front and go directly to my room. Also having the option of keeping my car ready, if I were to leave again soon was helpful. I also walked to a restaurant one day. The area is beautiful. The fitness facility is clean and has a TV .

Comfortable beds, down quilts, fluffy pillows-love the Marriott beds! We were hoping for a DVD player.

Location. No ramp at entrance for rolling luggage. All good.
