Comfortable beds and very clean rooms. Expensive food (turkey sandwich 18 dollars).

This is a good hotel for families. You can keep an eye on your kids as they go from the infinity pool to the pool with the waterslide to the pool with the sandy bottom and then back and forth to the hot tubs. The poolside cafe is nice. The food is average. (My medium steak was really rare -moo!) The kids menu is universal -chicken strips, etc... Prices are, predictibly, high. The rooms are on the small side. The sandy beach/cove is great for the views, turtle watching, (lots of turtles), easy dipping and beginning snorkeling. The fishponds are neat! My kids loved watching the fish, eels and crabs. Maid service can be fast one day and slow the next. The coffee corner (mornings only), is a joke! It , was understaffed, SLOW, and they run out of muffins and bagels quickly. It's great to walk across the street to the King's shopping center and check out the restaurants and shops. The petroglyphs are close, too.

They had daily specials in dining room making it affordable to eat there. Nothing. We enjoyed it very much.

Beach Cabanas' badly placed on property for the huge price you pay. There was only one girl cleaning them and we waited 3 hours to get into our room at their suggested check in time.Food at the hotel is overpriced as are drinks so bring your own into the place.Long walks to the beach at ocean front prices.Stay somewhere else.

Great pool, friendly staff. Did not expect resort fee added to the price.

I spent my last vacation at this hotel in Waikoloa and it will defintely go down as one of my best vacations. The resort is newly renovated and has a stunning new infinity pool with a lovely hot tub. It also had a 2nd pool so that the kids and adults seemed to have their own pools. There were plenty of seats around the pool, so getting a good spot was not a problem. The hotel was quiet and spacious, and had lots of great nooks with oversized lounge chairs where you could read or sleep in the sun or shade. I spent countless hours on my patio overlooking the ocean and sunset and would strongly recommend getting an ocean view room. The rooms were nice and new, and the service lovely. Make sure you meet the valet parker who does the magic tricks!!

We were able to swim with sea turtles, snorkel along coral reefs and kayak within the calm waters of A bay. Great beach with no surf or people. 2 Cruise ship busses with 120+ people arrived 1 morning to utilize the beach and activities but still was not crowded. In talking with them, they indicated that this was the quietest beach they had visited on the islands. The nearby Hilton is by far a better overall resort for pools and service but the Marriott location is far superior for young kids to experience the beach and ocean. Service is very slow but Merrimans and Starbucks accross the street at Kings Shops give alternatives.

I wish we could have spent more time at the resort on the island. The resort is peaceful with great views and has a beautiful lagoon & gardens separating the rooms from the ocean. Both the ocean swimming and kids pool were great for my 5-yaer old. The room was plenty big for us and the bathroom was huge! We spotted geckos and other fun wildlife as we explored the resort. And, of course, nothing can be better than relaxing on the lanai after a long flight.

Attractive hotel in nice setting. Originally assigned a room with two twin beds, but moved me to a King upon my request because I'm very tall.

Everything was great. Our stay here was great. There were hefty resort fees tacked on to our stay but they offered decent value by including things like parking, internet access and phone calls to USA/Canada.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Queen's Shops; the bed is so comfortable. Two at the front desk were downright rude, especially. We stayed at this hotel during its renovations and found the room and bed to be comfortable. The newly renovated hotel is beautiful. The worst part of this stay was the front desk. I didn't have my reservation copy or number, and it was not in the hotel system.

The room decor was relaxing, beautiful. The pool was great! Salt water, warm water, and great location. Bartender was not very friendly, the beach water was green, no one knew why.

Loved pool and beach access. Rooms were a little small compared to the Prince, not enough umbrellas in pool area. Great hotel for the money and the pools were great and the had a nice beach. It was quite a walk from the room to the beach and pool area. Great location for shopping access.

The bed was comfortable, the pools were beautiful, and at a perfect temperature. There are hidden charges everywhere, and the staff can be grumpy. When we arrived at the hotel, we were shocked at a mandatory $20 charge added on to our room immediately. The plentiful outdoor lounging areas were comfortable, romantic, as well as the room. The shower was disappointingly dingy, had very low water pressure, and would not give cold water. When checking in, the help desk was nice, but other employees such as the pool staff were quite grumpy. Though there were lots of extra charges for things, the prices at their restaurant, and convenience store were surprisingly low considering the ritzy area. A welcome retreat at a good price, but this is definitely not at the same level as other 4 star resorts in the area.

Amazing sunsets. The food at the restaurant was inconsistent - self parking a bit inconvenient (location). Family friendly hotel that has a waterside and two pools. Beautiful location with vibrant flowers.

Beautiful and clean grounds, rooms, public spaces andbeach. They need more help at the front desk and the concierge desk. Very beautiful and clean rooms and public spaces. My kids loved the pools and the water slide. Grounds are immaculate and beautiful. You have to pay a 20 dollar a day resort fee. We had a late flight out and they stored our luggage and let us stay the afternoon at the pool after checkout at noon. They provided a hospitality room free of charge to shower and change before we left for the airport. Very nice.
