The staff was very friendly and the beach was beautiful. Not very much to say I was very happy with the hotel. I have been to this hotel 2 times now and I've been very happy both times. The staff is great, location perfect, and the hotel has everything that I wanted.

Great location. Room was so damp, we couldn't sleep. Disappointed because the room was so damp my arthritis flared up. Engineers were sent to room to try to fix the problem, but it was not fixed. Carpet was so dirty that the soles of our feet were black for walking even just a few steps. The cleaning woman even stole my medicine box.

This hotel was located on a great stretch of 7 mile beach. The hotel was one of the only hotels that I noticed that truly accommodated their guests on the beach. The hotel provided umbrellas to block the sun and beach cocktail service.

Comfort of the beds. Customer service. As a single traveler, I felt that I was treated with utter disdain by the hotel. I had a difficult time being served by wait staff in stark contrast to couples and groups of people.

This hotel was located on a beautiful beach and walking distance to dining. A beautiful hotel on a beautiful beach!! You can walk to many eating places or just walk for exercise! My husband and I only had one regret, we couldn't stay longer!

Beach was beautiful, courtyard was incredible with turtles and river. Room was musty and my allergies never stopped room service-nasty and raw undercooked food on every order. Hotel looks nice, staff was helpful, and room was humid and musty causing unknown allergies to cause difficulty in breathing upon every return to the room. Room service was the worst I have ever experienced. I tried several different menu items: Hamburger ordered well, delivered raw, three attempts later they brought cooked hamburger which then tasted of freezer burn, next night I ordered chicken tenders, they came half cooked! Ordered vanilla ice cream and coffee as last effort, ice cream was full of ice crystals as though it was in that freezer for 2 years, coffee wasn't even hot-Luke warm. Food was 2.5 times the cost as in US hotels and wasn't edible in my opinion, hotel offeredreplace food, bring benadryl to help you breathe and cope in the room, and bring snacks as you won't want to eat here.

The staff and overall facilities were wonderful! Beach area was small and activities pricey. We will definitely visit again! The staff couldn't have been more accomodating and the rooms, gardens and overall facilities were clean and well done.

Great location with nice beach and friendly staff. The room was next to a construction site and was loud. Great hotel, but the room was near a construction site, which started at 7:30am even on the weekend. When I asked the hotel staff about changing rooms, they said that there was no construction on the weekends -- they were wrong. The room also smelled a bit moist.
