Our room was above the hotel laundry and we found the machines very noisy and could smell the gas dryers. Very pleasant surroundings and helpful staff. There is a restaurant on the same lot, but would prefer free continental.

The location to downtown Jasper was great - you could walk; but the room seemed very dark and ordinary for the price. The restaurant was nice but overpriced. The environment wasn't all that was expected.

Convenient to public areas in Jasper. We were given a room that had housed animals in the past. We were not told that animals were accepted in the rooms. My children are allergic to cats and dogs. They were very sick because vacuuming a room is not enough! I was told that next time we better book a room that is pet free. I did not find the staff very service friendly.
