All our units have a deck or patio, fireplace, central spa tubs, free parking, fully-equipped kitchens, cable TV, and most have Wifi or Internet. Our properties are all individually owned, ensuring that each one has its own style. Groups and weddings are welcome. All properties have clubhouse facilities which can accommodate family-reunion size groups. Some properties also have pools. Dillon condos are located on the lakefront with awesome mountain and lake views. You may find all services such as supermarkets, sporting good stores, local restaurants and breweries, and nightlife. We attempt to honor all special requests for specific complexes or bedding arrangements, unless we have limited availability. Dillon is located in the heart of the Colorado mountains on Lake Dillon. Ski resorts, outlet shopping, and five golf courses are all nearby. Be sure to visit the marina and our beautiful parks, which include a summer amphitheater for live music. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. Pick up your check-in packet, keys and directions at 350 Lake Dillon Drive. Our office hours are 8am-5pm. Mon.-Sat. and 10am-4pm Sunday. For after-hours check-in, you must call our office during business hours 48 hours in advance to receive the lockbox code. Please note that for one-night stays in 1 and 2 bedroom units, the following cleaning fees are charged- 1 bedroom- USD 80.00, and 2 bedroom- USD 125.00.
