This is a very basic hotel close to all the harbor from where all the fjord cruises depart. If you are like us, and just want a clean place to stay overnight, then this is would be a good choice. We booked the superior room which is the costlier room. We reached seward at 10 am which is well ahead of their usual check-in time. but the staff at front desk checked us in regardless. the rooms were clean and we just parked our car in the hotel lot and walked over to our cruise. We wanted a room with fridge and microwave so that we can eat in at night and save some money. So, it worked out pretty well. No breakfast though.

If you are looking for a comfortable room at a decent price this is it. Not much in the way of amenities because it is an older property. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They kept the place nice and clean.

Convenient and good value for the price. Not much common space. It's like a strip mall. Good place to stay in seaward, Alaska for a reasonable price. Near to all the attractions in Seward. Friendly staff.

This hotel is in need of renovations and remodeling. Everything is old and smokey. OK for , but another hotel closer looked nicer.

I had booked this hotel because of location and price. The other reviews weren't very good but I figured it was only one night. I booked a superior room. It was terrific. It was completely renovated from top to bottom. New bathroom, carpeting, TV, sinks, beds fridge and micowave etc. I was pleasently surprised. I was just sorry now I only stayed one night. I could stay stay here easily for 7 days. Near to everything. A very short and inexpensive drive to downtown. $8.00 to be exact. Ignore the old reviews. The place has been redone and is really nice.

Very close to town and surrounding areas. Too cute. Nothing. I would defiantly stay there again and invite everyone I knew. Very quaint and rustic, loved it.

Seward's Marina Motel is a good value for the money, though Alaska's rates are a little higher across the board than I would have expected. Beds were very noisy but comfortable. Bathroom quite cramped, but everything worked fine. Great location, easy to find, close to the waterfront and the attractions there. Would stay there again.

Walking distance to train, small boat harbor. Clean. Very friendly & helpful staff. Our bed was not too comfortable but would stay here again for price & convenience.
